[Qualified personnel and the increase of agricultural production in Yugoslavia]

On the basis of the performed analysis, it was concluded that there is a high degree of dependency between qualified personnel and the increase in the capacity of agricultural production in agricultural organizations in Yugoslavia. An especially great dependency exists between qualified personnel with advanced and university level specialist's training and the capacity of agricultural production. Still, the increase in agricultural production is a result of the interaction which took place on all levels of expertise between all types of experts.
