The application possibility of polymorphism of the serum amylase, transferrins and hemoglobin in the control of paternity by local spotted cattle has been investigated. Electrophoretic identifications proved that all three investigated genes loci showed polymorphism. In all three systems in total 8 allel genes have been found: AmA, AmB, AmC, TfA, TfD1, TfD2, HbA and HbB with frequencies of 0.05, 0.77, 0.18, 0.29, 0.31, 0.40, 0.79 and 0.21 according to the sequence. The probability (P=55%) of proving controversial parentage has been found by the combined application of all three protein systems by local spotted cattle.
