Lindane, Zineb and Mancozeb contents of apple and processed apple products have been examined by the methods described in the 1. part of this article. The aim of the investigations was to measure the effect of the safety waiting period, cleaning and other home preparative procedures and the duration of storage period on the decrease of the pesticide residue levels
