The preparations of various concentrations of macro and microelements were applied. In the trial were included 9 variants of fertilization. There is no significant difference of manganese (Mn) content in leaves before blooming and it ranges from 115.0 ppm (variant 6) to 168.2 ppm (variant 8). After blooming, Mn content in leaves of variants without fertilization (87.9 ppm) is lower, and differences are significant and very significant compared to manganese content of variant 6 (122.7 ppm) and variant 4 (205.2 ppm) respectively. During maturity of grapes, the content of Mn in leaves of variant without fertilization (118.2 ppm) is significantly lower than in variants 2, 1, 3 and 5 (202.8 ppm - 212.7 ppm) and that difference is very significant compared to variant 4 (250.0 ppm). Variant 6 with 146.7 ppm and variant 8 with 148.6 ppm, where foliar fertilization have been applied, have significantly lower content of Mn than variant 4.
