It has been determinated the level of free fatty acids (FFA)/mFq/l in raw ewe's milk and in mixed milk.High - FFA has been established in mixed milk - 1.044 mFq/l.FFA increased in proportion with storage-time: at 4 degreeC FFA increased 1.02 time to 24h and 1.11 time to 48h; in mixed milk FFA unchanged for 24h and increased 1.15 time to 48h storage.
