The aim of this study was to find out the interactions between the fluoroquinoles such as danofloxacin and enrofloxacin and trace minerals such as manganese, copper, calcium and zinc in poultry. It was concluded from the results that the minerals such as manganese, copper, calcium and zinc given to poultries farm regularly a chelate in the gastrointestinal tract with danofloxacin or enrofloxacin used simultaneously in a state of diseases and so that the absorption of danofloxacin or enrofloxacin is prevented at the low rate but it is realized that this interaction can not stop the development of antibacterial effects of these drugs
