Study on influence of some technological factors in incubation of egg of Muscovy ducks (Cairina Moschata)

Study was carried out with 2630 eggs of Muscovy duck during first laying year.Eggs were obtained during the faze of laying peak.Six experimental groups were formed: 1H, 8H, 16H, 1V, 8V and 16 V depending on position of eggs in the cases - horizontal (H) or vertical (V), and which day of their embrionic development (1-st, 8-th or 16-th) the cooling of eggs began.It was found that the mosed unfavourable regime for embryonic development was 1V.The best development of allantois, the lowest embryonic mortality in period 31-35-th day of incubation and the highest hatchability of ducks were observed at regime 16H ,followed by 16V.Based on that it might be recommended at incubation of eggs of that species in horisontal setting and at two stage combined cooling from 16th to 30th day of the embryonic development.
