The effect of synthetic lysine on feed consumption and conversion in weaned piglets was studied in this work. Lysine was used instead of natural feedstuffs. On the basis of the results obtained it can be concluded that feed consumption was lowest in group 3, both in the first and second feeding period. These results have shown that lysine successfully replaced fish meal.
