Harpacticoid copepods (Copepoda, Harpacticoida) occurring in marine inflows into the Baltic Sea

Species composition and distribution of harpacticoid copepods (Copepoda, Harpacticoida) in the southern Baltic were studied in the years 1961-99. A total of 25 species new for the Baltic proper were identified; one of them proved new for science, while 17 were observed to occur exclusively beneath the isohaline of the Baltic water column
