Paraffin and protection rings as the alternative solutions in replacement for the classical hill contribute a lot to the costs reduction at the establishing of new plantation of vine. Previous investigations are mainly reduced to their influence to the vine graft response and their vegetative potential in the first year of growing, up to fruitful stage.
