A new wall structure and its manufacturing technique have been developed. With this technique an experimental wall fragment has been manufactured consisting of the following layers: internal finishing layer (gypsum boards and vapour insulation), foam gypsum. Thermal insulation, (mineral wool or polystyrene) and plaster facing layer. The heat transfer coefficient through the given wall has been determined. Construction element heat transfer coefficient (U) was determined by the calculation method and by the application of the specially developed equipment and software. According to the experimental test, coefficient's U value for the multi-layer construction with the foam polysterene thermal insulation is 0.37+-0.10 W/(m**2*K), but with the thermal insulation of mineral wool - 0.42+-0.06 W/(m**2*K).
