[Dynamics of accumulation of ducklings hepathitis virus (strain KMIEV-16) in organs and tissues of developing hen embryos and determination of the optimal term of selection of viral materials]

Research results showed that new strain of viral hepathitis of ducklings (KMIEV-16) selected on the territory of the Republic of Belarus is well accumulated by developing embryos of hens. Research results stated that the largest amount of virus is accumulated in liver, yolk sac and waters, the least amount – in muscular tissue and brain. The maximal amount of viral material is formed in 72 hours after the infection of developing hen embryos. The optimal quantity of virus-containing material can be obtained from the embryos deceased in 48 hours. Biological activity of applied strain KMIEV-16 should not be lower than 5,0 lg ELD 50/0,2 cm2
