[E´ ormai abbastanza consolidato sapere quando e come applicare il Decreto Legislativo n. 494/96 (meglio noto come "Direttiva cantieri") in un cantiere edile, per esempio la costruzione di un edificio, ma questo provvedimento non è di interpretazione altrettanto facile quando le lavorazioni si svolgono sul territorio e comportano interventi non solo di carattere edilizio. L´Autore si propone di fare un po´ di chiarezza sull´applicabilità del provvedimento nel caso dei lavori che si svolgono sul territorio.]
