Evaluation of the phytosanitary situation of tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) agrophytocenosis in the protected ground for the presence of bacterial diseases (pith necrosis (Pseudomonas corrugata) and bacterial canker (Clavibacter michiganensis subs. michiganensis)), determination of species composition of disease causative agents, their extension and injuriousness in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus was realized. Frequency of bacterial infections, morphological and anatomical analysis of tomato plants with different degree of pathological processes grown in glass-grown farms of Belarus was analysed. Results of microbiological analysis of tomato seeds were presented. The laboratory data on specific identification of bacteriosis agents from infected tomato plants and seed material showed that the reason of the tomato plants enphytoty was bacterial canker. It was assumed that the primary reason of mass morbid affection with bacteriosis was the presense of seed infection that would require the necessity of more thorough phytosanitary quarantine control of seed materials import to the Republic of Belarus
