The aim of present study is to analyze y to develop comparison study of different aspects toward lamb production from the perspective producers and consumers. A total of 371 surveys were carried out on buyers of lamb residing in Zaragoza y 44 meat sheep farmers from 3 different provinces of Aragon, Spain. Finally, we found the difference consideration to get quality lamb. The producers concern about technical aspects which directly with sheep production such as: race and animal food. But in the other hand, the consumers concern about hygiene-sanitary aspect in the farm.
