Human body utilizes food sources for its growth and organism prospering, it obtains energy to ensure all its functions. Some components of food are not tolerated and result in allergic reactions. Early diagnostic and targeted treatment can significantly improve life of the people suffering from these diseases. In the article we described the influence of selected plant products for the human body and allergen detection methods.
