The study was carried out in order to isolate the nodul samples of the Rhizobium Japonicum Rhizobia which were gained from the soybeans planted fields in the Black Sea Region and to examine the effects on the tests of these in the greenhouse and the field with the quality and yield of the soybeans between the years of 2003 and 2006. This study was carried out in three steps. First of all, in the year of 2003, in the city Samsun, the locations in Dikbıyık and in the towns of Çarşamba and Terme, the samples of the noduls were collect from the soybean planted fields. In the second step, the tests were established with the seven Rhizobia which belong to TGAE and the total twentynine isolates were used in the experement which were determined as having the highest capacity of making nitrogen in the laboratories of TGAE in the years of 2004 and 2005 done on the conclusion of the isolation studiesIn results of the established this experiment, it was determined that the two Rhizobia ( TGAE.Sam-58-a and TGAE. Sam-60-c) isolated from the nodul samples taken from Samsun were obtained from the viewpoint of take up nitrogen value with the soybean plant. Other Rhizobia have been found ineffective. In the third step, with the Rhizobia TGAE.Sam-58-a and TGAE.Sam-60-c which were determined with the greenhouse studies and the Rhizobia TGAE.S.543, TGAE.S.335, TGAE.S.1809 and TGAE.S.649 which were found in TGAE collection, total nine experiment were established in different villages of Terme, Bafra and Çarşamba in the years of 2005 and 2006. As a resalt, all the rhizobia werw found effective from yield, grain nitrogen content and the nitrogen values taken up grain. TGAE.Sam-60-c and TGAE.S.1809 Rhizobias were determined the most suitable rhizobia for region. That is to say, while preparing inoculation material for the soybean for this region, these two Rhizobia can effectively be used.

Turco. Araştırma, Karadeniz bölgesinde soya ekilen alanlardan toplanan nodül örneklerinden Rhizobium japonıcum suşlarını izole etmek ve bunların sera ve tarla denemeleri ile soya fasulyesinin verim ve kalitesine etkilerini incelemek amacıyla 2003-2006 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırma üç aşamada gerçekleşmiştir. İlk olarak 2003 yılında Samsun'un Terme, Çarşamba ilçelerinde ve Dikbıyık mevkiinde soya ekili alanlardan nodül örnekleri toplanmıştır. İkinci aşamada TGAE'in laboratuarlarında 2004 ve 2005 yıllarında yapılan izolasyon çalışmaları sonucunda azot tespit etme yeteneği yüksek olarak belirlenen denemelerinde toplam 29 izolat ve 7 adette TGAE ait suşlar ile denemeler kurulmuştur. Kurulan bu denemeler sonucunda Samsun'dan alınan nodül örneklerinden izole edilen iki suşun (TGAE-SAM-58-a ve TGAE. Sam-60-c) soya bitkisi ile kaldırılan azot değeri bakımından etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir. Diğer suşlar ise etkisiz bulunmuştur. Üçüncü aşamada ise sera çalışmaları sonucu belirlenen TGAE.Sam-58-a ve TGAE. Sam-60-c suşları ve TGAE koleksiyonunda bulunan TGAE. S.543, TGAE. S. 335, TGAE. S.1809 ve TGAE. S. 649 suşları ile 2005 ve 2006 yıllarında Terme, Bafra ve Çarşamba'nın değişik köylerinde toplam 9 deneme kurulmuştur. Kurulan bu denemelerde elde edilen verim, Dane azot kapsamı ve Dane ile kaldırılan azot değerleri bakımından bütün suşlar etkili bulunmuş, bölge için en uygun suşlar ise TGAE. Sam 60-c ve TGAE. S.1809 suşları olarak belirlenmiştir. Yani bölge için soya fasulyesinde aşılama materyali hazırlanırken bu iki suş etkin olarak kullanılabilir.
