Влияние фитосорбента СВ-1 на качество продуктов птицеводства

It was shown that presence of rancid fat (peroxide number 0.43% of iodine) in ration of broilers reduces relative biological value of meat and l'iver on 4.6% and 2.2% in comparison with control samples without sorbent and with sorbent on 1.7% and 1.2%, respectively. Addition of the phytosorbent to the basic ration (1% of forage weight) improves organoleptic, physicochemical and sanitary parameters of meat and its biological value. Addition of the phytosorbent to the ration of layer hens (1% of forage weight) enhances egg-laying qualities of hens and parameters of egg quality. Addition of sorbent normalizes the transovarial immune response, which is affected by bad quality of fodder, too
