In course of the research there was studied the influence of topdressing with sulfurous cobalt salts and manganese, their complexonates on amino-acidic content of green mass and blue lupine (Lupinus angustifolius) grain at its cultivation on sod-podzolic light loamy soil in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research it was revealed that at cultivation of blue lupine topdressing with sulfurous cobalt salts and manganese promoted increase of content of limiting and non-replaceable amino acids in green mass and grain. Application of cobalt and manganese chelates promoted an important increase of content of limiting and non-replaceable amino acids in blue lupine green mass and grain in comparison with their inorganic salts. Maximal increasing of content of limiting and non-replaceable amino acids in blue lupine crop yield was noted at entering of cobalt and manganese chelates in a dose on 50 g/ha of active ingredient in a stage of flowering end – beginning of grey bean formation: till 10.48 and 58.66 g/kg of dry matter accordingly in green mass and till 11.96 and 75.51 g/kg of dry matter in grain, and also at realization of topdressing in two terms: in bud-formation period and in a stage of flowering end – beginning of grey bean formation with microelement chelates in the same doses.
