IFS was development by German and French retail trade for standardized control of food safety and level of quality for suppliers of their own brands. The paper presents: the specific requirements of the IFS, the benefits of joining the IFS response to requests from a previously developed and implemented integrated management systems (QMS and HACCP), a method of integration of IFS, HACCP and QMS, and examples of individual responses to demands of IFS in 5. gama 2005 Ltd. Kragujevac (Serbia).
