[目的]研究表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对高脂大鼠血脂调节作用。[方法]采用高脂大鼠模型,设正常对照组(Ⅰ组,喂基础饲料)、模型对照组(Ⅱ组,喂高脂饲料)、试验组(Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,喂高脂饲料,并每日分别灌喂0.5、1.0 g/kg的EGCG),连续喂饲30 d,测定其血清中TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C含量。[结果]Ⅲ、Ⅳ试验组TC、LDL-C含量极显著低于Ⅱ组(P0.01);Ⅲ、Ⅳ组TG含量显著低于Ⅱ组(P0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ组HDL-C含量较Ⅱ组变化不明显;Ⅳ组HDL-C含量略有升高,但差异不显著;Ⅲ、Ⅳ组_AI值_极显著低于Ⅱ组(P0.01)。[结论]EGCG具有降血脂作用。_
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Inglés. [Objective]To study the decreasing blood lipid effect of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) in high-lipid rats. [Method] Using high-lipid rats model, four groups were subdivided including normal CK (Ⅰ,feeding normal diet),model CK (Ⅱ,feeding high-fat diet) and test group (Ⅲ,Ⅳ,feeding high fat diet and giving EGCG of 0.5 and 1.0 g/kg, respectively). The rats in the four groups all were given for 30 d and were determined content of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C in serum. [Result] Contents of TC and LDL-C in rats tested in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were highly significantly lower than those in group Ⅱ (P0.01); TG in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ (P0.05). HDL-C in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ did not vary significantly in comparison with group Ⅱ and rats in group Ⅳ were a little higher in HDL-C. Compared with group Ⅱ,rats in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ were highly lower in AI value (P0.01). [Conclusion] EGCG is provided with effect of reducing blood lipid. _
