Chino. [目的]对宁夏常用的82份玉米(Zea may L.)自交系进行遗传分析,划分自交系类群,以提高玉米育种效率。[方法]利用SSR标记中可用于遗传多样性分析的20对SSR引物对材料进行分析。[结果]82份自交系中共检测出335个等位基因,其中具有多态性的为108个,每对引物检测出3~10个多态性位点,平均为5.4个。SSR引物的多态性信息量(PIC)介于0.523 3~0.858 9,平均为0.7123。[结论] 82份自交系划分为5个类群,分类结果基本与系谱来源一致。_

[Objective] In order to classify maize inbred genetic group and increase the breeding efficiency, the genetic variation of 82 maize inbred lines in Ningxia was analyzed. [Method] One types of molecular marker, simple sequence repeats (SSR) was assayed to determine the genetic diversity of these materials. [Result] 20 core-primers could test 335 allele sites in sample of 82 inbred lines, among them 108 were polymorphic. The average number of allele per SSR locus was 5.4 with arranging from 3 to 10. The average of polymorphic information content (PIC) was 0.712 3 with arranging from 0.523 3 to 0.858 9. [Conclusion] The inbred lines are classified into 5 groups and the results agree with the pedigree of the inbred line._
