Head Sea Model Tests of the FSHV with an Extended Bow and Spray Strips

The results of brief tests to observe cockpit wetting and seakeeping performance both with and without a retrofit bow for the FSHV model are presented. With the 6.5 ft bow extension the FSHV exhibits acceptable spray and drag characteristics even in 4.4 ft significant height seas.
