In the present study effect of different salt concentrations (0, 50, 60, 70 and 80 milli moles) on canola (Brassica napus L.) has investigated under laboratory conditions. Data for plumule length, radical length, fresh weight and moisture content showed significant differences. Effect of salinity on canola was non-significant for germination percentage and dry weight. These findings are helpful in prediction to know the effect of salinity on canola in field conditions.
