Chlamydospore Production Conditions of Gliocladium virens and It's Control Effect on Penicillium digitatum | 绿色粘帚霉厚垣孢子产生条件及其对柑橘绿霉病的防治效果研究

Chino. 【目的】以绿色粘帚霉菌株UV一44为对象,研究不同培养基、pH、培养时间和温度对厚垣孢子产量影响及其对柑橘绿霉病的室内防效。【方法】采用摇瓶震荡培养菌株,血球计数板计数厚垣孢子数;室内贮藏时浸果后单果独立包装,以清水和施宝克为对照,研究厚垣孢子悬液、分生孢子悬液和发酵原液对柑橘绿霉病的相对防效。【结果】Uv_44厚垣孢子产量最高的培养基、pH、培养时间和温度分别是燕麦片液体培养基、pH10、13d和30℃,该条件下产生厚垣孢子浓度为1.52×1011个/L;室内贮藏30d、60d和90d后,厚垣孢子相对防效随时间增加,分生孢子悬液和发酵原液低则逐渐降低。【结论】绿色粘帚霉厚垣孢子具有重要的生防价值。
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Inglés. [Objective] The Gliocladium virens strain UV-44 was used as the object of study. Our aim was to investigate the effects of different culture mediums, pH, incubation time and tempera- ture on chlamydospore production and it's control effects on Penicilliurn digitatum. [Method] The strain was cultivated by shaking flask and the number of chlamydospore was calculated by he- mocytometer. The oranges were individually wrapped after dipping in solutions. The relative con- trol effects of chlamydospore suspension, conidia suspension and fermentation liquid on P. digita- turn were measured compared to controls (water and Prochloraz). [Results] Under the conditions (oatmeal, pH 10, 13 d and 30 ~C), the concentration of UV-44 chlamydospore was 1.52 X 10it A/ L, which value was the largest. The relative control effect increased with time after 30 d, 60 d and 90 d. However, the concentration of chlamydospore in conidial suspension and fermentation liquid were decreased gradually. [Conclusion] Chlamydospore of G. virens is valuable for biocontrol.
