The present study aimed to determine the effects of UV-C irradiation on the production of some phenolic compounds (trans-resveratrol, (+)-catechin and ferulic acid) and alpha-tocopherol in callus cultures obtained from petiols of Gamay grape cultivar. Calli initiated from petiols cultured on the medium supplemented with 0,5 mg/L benzylaminopurine (BA) and 0.5 mg/L indole acetic acid (IAA) on B5 media, formed after 6 weeks.
