The effectiveness of operation of milking machines and milking machine technology in general is determined largely by permanent vacuum mode in technological line of various modifications milking plants, including compact ones. Inefficient operation of milking machines is primarily due to violations of the vacuum mode. As a result of research there were solved the following problems: a) there were determined the physical and mechanical properties of the pump materials working under vacuum exposure conditions

г) уточнены закономерности деформации эластичной оболочки насоса. Объемная подача вакуумного насоса и глубина вакуума может меняться за счет изменения площади сечения входного патрубка. Сила сопротивления качению ролика ротора по деформируемой эластичной оболочке при установившемся движении зависит от диаметра и коэффициента объёмного смятия оболочки, ширины смятого шланга и от вертикальной нагрузки на оболочку со стороны ролика. Нагружение шланга как гибкой оболочки внутренней равномерно рассредоточенной силой может обеспечить сохранение или даже повышение площади его сечения, что увеличивает подачу шлангового насоса. Выделены параметры, которые в большей степени влияют на рабочий процесс насоса, определены их рациональные значения. Это частота вращения (450 об./мин)

The loading of hose as flexible sheath by inner uniformly dispersed force, can be achieved by maintaining or even increasing its sectional area, which increases the flow of a peristaltic pump. The parameters that largely affect the workflow of the pump were found, their rational values were defined. They are: rotational speed (450 rpm)

Эффективность работы доильных установок и технологии машинного доения в целом определяется в большей степени постоянным вакуумным режимом в технологических линиях доильных установок различных модификаций, в том числе малогабаритных. Низкоэффективная работа доильных установок в первую очередь объясняется нарушениями вакуумного режима. В результате исследований решены следующие задачи: а) определены физико-механические свойства материалов насоса в условиях работы под воздействием вакуума

б) установлены регрессионные зависимости для определения объемной подачи вакуумного насоса шлангового типа с учетом всех влияющих на нее факторов
