Rooted cutting of Solenostemon scutellarioides cv. Chocolate drop were acute irradiation with gamma ray at the dose rate of 0, 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 Gy. The results revealed that plant height, width and number of branch significantly decreased as radiation doses increased. Fifty percent lethal dose at 30 days after irradiation (LD50(30)) was unable to determined. Fifty percent lethal dose at 45 day (LD50(45)) and 60 day (LD50(60)) after irradiation were 93 and 48 Gy respectively. After forth generation selected of sectorial chimera, one solid mutant with yellow margined leaf were selected.
