Gölbası Gölü'nde (Hatay) bulunan tatlısu midyelerinin (Unionidae) çevresel kosullarının belirlenmesi | The determination of the environmental conditions of the freshwater mussels (Unionidae) located in the lake Gölbası (Hatay)

In this study, the environmental conditions of Potamida littoralis (Cuvier, 1798), Leguminaia wheatleyi (Lea, 1862) and Anodonta pseudodopsis (Locard, 1883) was determined located in the lake.Certain water quality parameters of the lake[Magnesium, nitrite(NO2), nitrate(NO3), suspended solids, ammonia(NH3), phosphate(PO4), calcium,Biological Oxygen DemandandChemical Oxygen Demand], aquatic plants and plankter were examined in the lake Gölbası.Mussels prefer to live in the sediment of the lake. Thus, the structure of the sediment of the lake was investigated for mussels habitat.

Turco. Bu arastırmada, Gölbası gölü (Hatay)'nde yasayan Potamida littoralis (Cuvier, 1798), Leguminaia wheatleyi (Lea, 1862), ve Anodonta pseudodopsis (Locard, 1883)'inçevresel kosulları belirlenmeye çalısılmıstır. Gölün bazı su kalite parametreleri [Magnezyum, Nitrit (NO2), Nitrat (NO3), Askıda Katı Madde, Amonyak (NH3), Fosfat (PO4), Kalsiyum, Biyolojik Oksijen Ýhtiyacı ve Kimyasal Oksijen Ýhtiyacı], gölde bulunan su bitkileri ve plankterler incelenmistir. Midyeler,sediment üzerinde veya içinde yasamayı tercih eden ve ayak dokusu ile zemini kazıyarak hareket eden canlılar oldukları için gölün dip yapısı, midye yasam alanı bakımından arastırılmıstır.
