Optimization of conditions for submerged fermentation of microorganisms degrading lipid substances

Inglés. Biological cleaning of waste waters is based upon ability of microorganisms to utilize organic and inorganic substances as nutritive elements. Along with this, waste waters containing fatty substances and oils appear to be cleaned with the help of active bacteria-destructors, resolving fatty substances into glycerin and fatty acids, decomposing in carbon dioxide and water. Therefore, use of active microorganisms-destructors of fats and oils appears a serious scientific problem. One of the most important conditions of the development of microbial preparations, containing fat-destructing bacteria appears selection of nutritive medium and cultivation of microorganisms. The main goal of the research represents optimization of the conditions of cultivation of bacteria-destructors of fatty and oil substances. The article describes the optimal conditions for growth and degrading activity of microbial strains decomposing lipid substances Rhodococcus ruber 2B, Rhodococcus sp. P1-3FN, Pseudomonas Putida 10 AP and Bacillus subtilis 6/2 APF1. The conditions have been achieved during submerged culture in Meynell medium with initial active acidity pH 7.0, at temperature 28 C, aeration rate 0.5 l air/l medium/min, aqitation rate – 150 rpm and fermentation time 48 hours for Pseudomonas Putida 10 AP and Bacillus subtilis 6/2 APF1 and 96 hours for Rhodococcus ruber 2B and Rhodococcus sp. P1-3FN.

Р1-3ФН.
