During the last years, some weather variations took place in the West of Romania, affecting vineyards, as well. Our researches were performed upon some table grape varieties, their way of recovering after repeated affections by low temperatures during winter, which decreased to - 25°C. We have supervised shoot generation from the dormant buds located on the trunk portion protected by ploughing and snow, annual growths and wood maturation.
