In the article the fact of technological errors occurence is considered at details restoration of machines with polymeric coverings. As a result it was obtained the ecuation to calculate total errors for surfaces obtained by finished mecanical processings and without these. Ways of errors reduction are also examined by the optimization of technological process of restoration.
