Inglés. In this study, the Cnemidocoptic mange of pheasants which were submitedto our parasitology laboratory for species identification and treatrnants werecarried out in March 1995. Microscopic examination of deep skin scrapingdeared in 20 percent KOH revealed female and males mites. The lesions weremost commonly seen on the legs of pheasants. C.mutans were identified fromthe mange lesions of our parasitology laboratory, Samsun Veterinary Controland Research Institute.These pheasants were treadet with %6 pomade Neguvon weekly five times.
Mostrar más [+] Menos [-]Turco. 06.03.1995 günü Enstitümüz Parazitoloji laboratuvarına ayaklarda vebacaklarda, kepeklenme ve çarpıklık şikayeti ile bir erkek, bir dişi sülün getirildi.Ayak ve hacaklardaki kabuklar bistüri ile kazmarak %20 KOH solüsyonu ilemuamele edildi. Mikroskopik bakıda görülen akarlar Cnemidicoptes mutans(Robin ve Languetin, 1859) olarak identifiye edildi. Müteakiben %6 neguvonpomadının 2'şer gün ara ile 5 kez uygulanması ile sülünler sağaltıldı.
