Alemán. Es wurden thermische Analysen (TG, DTG und DTA) an Alpha-D-(+)-Glucose, D(-)-Fructose, ss-D-(+)-Maltose und (+)-Saccharose bei langsamem Temperaturanstieg durchgefuehrt. Die Messungen fanden an der Luft und unter Argon sowie Kohlendioxid statt. Die Bedeutung der Atmosphaere fuer die Thermolyse der Zucker ist offensichtlich. [S-87-00673]
