The results of hydrogeological and reclamation works carried out in the Shirvan steppe of Azerbaijan are considered. Information is given on the physical and geographical location of the territory and the geological features of the distribution of rocks. A stationary observation of the dynamics of groundwater was carried out. The degree of water mineralization in 2021 was determined. In conclusion, recommendations are given to improve the state of saline lands.
