Estudio de impacto ambiental del sistema de abastecimiento de agua potable del área urbana del municipio Moncagua departamento de San Miguel año 2019

RESUMEN: El presente Estudio de impacto ambiental Sistema de Abastecimiento de agua potable del Área Urbana del Municipio Moncagua , departamento de San Miguel; se cuantifico los impactos para mejorar el servicio y calidad del sistema de abastecimiento de agua potable, los Impactos negativos, proponer medidas de solución como un plan de mitigación, realizar un análisis de la calidad de agua potable a través de la producción de un mayor caudal que satisfaga la demanda y mejoras a la infraestructura de conducción. En el pasado se consideraba al agua un recurso infinito e inagotable, pero debido al aumento de la población que año con año crece desmedidamente, y a la falta de conciencia en preservar este recurso, se está llegando al límite de aprovechamiento del agua, lo cual lleva a sobreexplotar los recursos superficiales y subterráneos, las alteraciones al ecosistema, esto genera un fuerte impacto en el medioambiente afectando la biodiversidad provocando así la escasez del agua. Los impactos negativos deben evaluarse para disminuir la problema del agua, aplicando la metodología Mel- Enel y Evaluación de Impactos RIAM el cual fueron las variables las que se analizaron para determinar impactos ambientales del proyecto de interés, Las cuales constituyeron la línea base para poder medir los resultados del Programa de Adecuación Ambiental (PAA) cuantificar los impactos para invertir recursos necesarios para implementar, propuesta a fin de minimizar los impactos negativos al ambiente. ABSTRACT: This Environmental Impact Study Drinking Water Supply System for the Urban Area ofthe Moncagua Municipality, Department of San Miguel; the impacts were quantified to improve the service and quality of the drinking water supply system, the negative impacts, propose solution measures such as a mitigation plan, carry out an analysis of the quality of drinking water through the production of a greater flow that meets the demand and improvements to the driving infrastructure. In the past, water was considered an infinite and inexhaustible resource, but due to the increase in the population that grows disproportionately year after year, and the lack of awareness in preserving this resource, the limit of water use is being reached, which leads to overexploit surface and underground resources, alterations to the ecosystem, this generates a strong impact on the environment, affecting biodiversity, thus causing wáter scarcity. The negative impacts must be evaluated to reduce the water problem, applying the Mel-Enel methodology and the RIAM Impact Assessment, which were the variables that were analyzed to determine the environmental impacts of the project of interest, which constituted the baseline to be able to measure the results of the Environmental Adaptation Program (PAA) quantify the impacts to invest the necessary resources to implement the proposal in order to minimize the negative impacts on the environment
