The aim of the research is to conduct an analytical economic study of Agricultural Resources Management (Land- Water) in Daraa Governorate; by studying a sample of farmers of some irrigated winter and summer crops, there are370 farmers, who were selected by random sampling method from villages of the administrative regions in Daraa governorate. It represented the reality of the governorate in terms of the volume of irrigated crops. The research relied on descriptive and quantitative analysis methods, where some statistical methods were used, and indicators of economic efficiency; linear programming method based on the profit achieved per unit area (Hectare), and Garrett’s Ranking Technique. The total costs of the wheat crop came is the least in other crops, and wheat achieved (modern irrigation) higher net profit compared to wheat (traditional irrigation) at an increased rate 75.8%, in terms of revenue, achieve a summer tomato crop the highest revenue, the cabbage crop achieved first place in terms of net profit the cost per cubic meter of irrigation water consumed at it has the highest value for tomato summer about 262 s.p/m3, and the lowest value for a dry beans crop about 77 s.p/ m3, it also achieved a net return of irrigation water per cubic meter it has the highest value for squash crop about 961.6 s.p/ m3, and the lowest value for the wheat crop (traditional irrigation) about 221 s.p/ m3, thus, wheat achieved low efficiency. The results also showed that the proposed plan in the best alternative at the level of Daraa governorate, it is the best in terms of achieving the highest net profit, that is, an increase of about 10637189 and 8776.89 billion s.p, and an increase of compared to schematic and port respectively, 40.8%, 31.4% that is an increase of 40.8% and 31.4% compared to the schematic and port respectively. This plan is technically acceptable as it is proposed suggests the application of ideal irrigated agricultural cycles, the amount of water consumed is reduced by -809 and -739.8 million/ m3 compared to the schematic and port respectively. The results also indicated that the lack of production requirements the first place in difficulties that faced farmers in the field of crop production, and achieved about 70 degrees, as for the lack of irrigation water shortage the second place about 55.46 degrees, and achieved the last rank difficulty insufficient means of transportation about 28.90 degrees. This study recommends working to encourage the transformation to modern irrigation, and work to increase the areas planted with cabbage and zucchini crops with a greater percentage compared to the percentage of the cultivated area with other crops, and work to secure production requirements in a timely manner, fear of farmers resorting to renting their lands.
