Propuesta de actividades y herramientas didácticas relacionadas al uso, vigilancia y control de la calidad del agua, dirigidas a la comunidad y a las autoridades sanitarias, implementando la metodología de participación SARAR- PHAST | Proposal of activities and didactic tools related to the use, surveillance and control of water quality, directed to the community and health authorities, implementing the SARAR-PHAST participation methodology

Uno de los intereses de la Subdirección de Salud Ambiental, de la Dirección de Promoción y Prevención del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, es la orientación de profesionales y técnicos de las Entidades Territoriales de Salud, encargados de realizar el muestreo de agua para consumo humano. Para ello, como estrategia se pretende implementar las metodologías de participación SARAR y PHAST, la cual a través del diseño de actividades y herramientas didácticas busca el fortalecimiento de las prácticas en cada una de las etapas del proceso de muestreo, e instruir a comunidades rurales en el manejo adecuado del agua para consumo humano, Esta metodología se desarrolló a través de la pasantía realizada en el periodo comprendido entre el 18 de noviembre de 2016 y el 24 de febrero de 2017. Se desarrolló un documento con las actividades y herramientas, que se establece a modo de guía y que cumple como función proporcionar información precisa para contextualizar y explicar las actividades y herramientas diseñadas.

One of the interests of the Department of environmental health, the direction of promotion and prevention in the Ministry of health and Social protection, is the orientation of professionals and technicians from local health authorities, responsible for conducting the sampling of water for human consumption.
