This work is aimed at developing scientifically based solutions, which are necessary for the implementation of a rational and proper technology of the using the secondary products in the food industry. Therefore, it is relevant and necessary to increase the degree of processing of raw materials, their complex use, and thereafter the extraction of valuable components from it.
