Inglés. The features of the amino acid composition of the milk of Black-and-White cows in the winter-spring period were investigated. There were studied milk samples taken in the Ladozhskoye breeding farm situated in Krasnodar Territory, Ust-Labinsk District. Group 1 (January) included 12 animals, groups 2 and 3 (March and April) included 22 animals each, i.e. a total of 56 animals. The cows were fed according to generally accepted norms. The content of amino acids (AA) was determined by ion-exchange chromatography with postcolumn ninhydrin derivatization of samples on an LC-20 Prominence system (Shimadzu, Japan) and a 4.6x150 mm ion-exchange resin column (Sevko, Russia). New data on the amino acid milk composition of Black-and-White cows have been obtained. Not only the absolute values of AA content in milk are important, but also ratios of them. For the first time, the particular sequences of the AA content in cow milk samples were obtained and their seasonal changes were traced. A decrease in the AA amount of in cow's milk by spring (in March and, especially, in April), which can be explained by the adaptation of physiological and biochemical processes in the animal body during this period.

Ruso. Изучали особенности аминокислотного состава молока коров черно-пестрой породы в зимне-весенний период. Исследованы образцы молока, отобранные в племенном хозяйстве "Ладожское" (Краснодарский край, Усть-Лабинский район). В группу 1 (январь) вошло 12 животных, в группы 2 и 3 (март и апрель) - по 22 животных, т.е. в сумме 56 животных. Кормление коров осуществлялось согласно общепринятым нормам. Содержание аминокислот (АК) определяли методом ионообменной хроматографии с постколоночной дериватизацией проб нингидрином на системе LC-20 Prominence (Shimadzu, Япония) и колонкой с ионообменной смолой 4,6х150 мм (Севко, Россия). Получены новые данные по аминокислотному составу молока коров черно-пестрой породы Важны не только абсолютные значения содержания АК в молоке, но и их соотношения. Впервые получены определенные "ряды" по содержанию АК в образцах молока коров и прослежены их сезонные изменения.
