LA INTERDISCIPLINARIEDAD DESDE LAS DISCIPLINAS MATEMÁTICA Y FÍSICA EN LA LICENCIATURA EN CIENCIAS ALIMENTARIAS. LA INTERDISCIPLINARIEDAD EN EL PRIMER AÑO DE LA LICENCIATURA EN CIENCIAS ALIMENTARIAS. | THE INTERDISCIPLINARITY FROM THE MATHEMATICAL AND PHYSICAL DISCIPLINES IN THE BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN FOOD SCIENCES. INTERDISCIPLINARITY IN THE FIRST YEAR OF THE DEGREE IN FOOD SCIENCES.

La intradisciplinariedad en la didáctica posibilita elevar la significatividad de los procesos educativos, paralelamente a la sistematización de los contenidos esenciales de las diferentes disciplinas de una carrera. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo divulgar las experiencias de profesores de las disciplinas Matemática y Física de la Universidad de la Habana, en el diseño de programas con enfoque interdisciplinario para la Licenciatura en Ciencias Alimentarias como parte del proceso de elaboración del Plan de Estudios E y de su implementación inicial en el curso 2017 - 2018. En la investigación se emplearon el método histórico-lógico, el análisis-síntesis y el enfoque sistémico, además de las encuestas a estudiantes y entrevistas a profesores y directivos del Instituto de Farmacia y Alimentos. Como resultados, se identificaron los nodos de articulación interdisciplinaria, se elaboraron los nuevos programas analíticos de estas disciplinas y se identificaron un grupo de ejercicios de Matemática y Física que tributan a la resolución de problemas de la especialidad.

Intradisciplinarity in didactics gives the possibility to elevate the significance of educational processes, in parallel with the systematization of the essential contents of the different disciplines of a career. The present work aims to disseminate the experiences of professors of the Mathematical and Physical disciplines of the University of Havana, in the design of syllabuses with an interdisciplinary approach for the Licentiates of Food Sciences as part of the process of preparation and implementation of the Study Plan E in the course 2017 - 2018. The research used historical-logical methods, analysis-synthesis and systemic approach, as well as student surveys and interviews with professors and managers of the Institute of Pharmacy and Food Sciences. As results, the nodes of interdisciplinary articulation were identified, the new analytical programs of these disciplines were elaborated and a group of Mathematics and Physics exercises that pay tribute to the resolution of problems of the specialty were identified.
