La presente investigación se realizó con el propósito de hacer un diagnóstico y entorno del sector de exportación de frutas procesadas de Colombia a la Unión Europea, para identificar la oportunidad comercial de exportación de frutas liofilizadas producidas actualmente por la empresa Thani Nutrition SAS, con el objetivo de formular un plan de revisión de registro y certificaciones de calidad solicitados por la Unión Europea para exportar fruta liofilizada e identificar los países con mayor demanda de estos productos. La metodología utilizada en esta investigación fue documental observacional, la cual consistió en la revisión y análisis de datos secundarios por medio de material bibliográfico relacionados a la exportación de frutas procesadas a la Unión Europea, los cuales nos proporcionaron una visión amplia sobre los requisitos, procedimiento y regulaciones que necesita cumplir la empresa Thani Nutrition, para realizar la estrategia de internacionalización. De acuerdo a los resultados del estudio realizado se ha encontrado que Países Bajos y Alemania son los países que más han importado de Colombia según la partida arancelaria 0813400000, pero aunque España no ha tenido la misma frecuencia de compra y de consumo con esta partida arancelaria, por medio de las estadísticas ha evidenciado ser uno de los países estratégicos de la Unión Europea con un entorno cultural, lingüístico propicio para la empresa, un incremento de la demanda del consumo de frutas procesada dentro de su población, adicional de ser una entrada estratégica al mercado de la Unión Europea que permite el acceso a distribuir desde España a los 27 países miembros de Europa porque al ingresar las mercancías cumpliendo todas las regulaciones de España pueden circular por todo el territorio de la Unión Europea sin tener que pasar por controles aduaneros adicionales.

The methodology used in this research was observational documentary, which consisted of the review and analysis of secondary data through bibliographic material related to the export of processed fruits to the European Union, which will provide us with a broad vision of the requirements, procedure, and regulations that the Thani Nutrition company needs to comply with to carry out the internationalization strategy. According to the results of the study carried out, it has been found that the Netherlands and Germany are the countries that have imported the most from Colombia according to HS code 0813400000, but although Spain has not had the same frequency of purchase and consumption with this tariff heading, through statistics, it has proven to be one of the strategic countries of the European Union with a cultural and linguistic environment conducive to the company, an increase in the demand for the consumption of processed fruits within its population, in addition to being a strategic entry into the European Union market that allows access to distribute from Spain to the 27 member countries of Europe since when the goods enter, complying with all the regulations of Spain, they can circulate throughout the territory of the European Union without having to go through additional customs controls.
