Fuentes agrarias actuales para el estudio del monte

Los geógrafos contamos, a la hora de abordar un tema, con la grave dificultad de recopilar la información necesaria. La búsqueda de fuentes se convierte en una labor larga, dificultosa y, en muchas ocasiones, infructuosa tanto por el contenido que las encontradas aportan como por la serie de puertas que cierran y los palos de ciego que, a veces, nos vemos obligados a dar. Estas dificultades se multiplican cuando el contenido del trabajo de investigación versa sobre temas poco tratados. Este sería el caso de la temática “forestal”, que ha sido analizada habitualmente en el contexto de los estudios agrarios de carácter general. Esto, en sí, no es una dificultad, especialmente si se considera la complementariedad de usos y aprovechamientos agrarios aunque complica la labor de rastreo en cuanto a la información o las posibles fuentes a utilizar.

Geographers have, when approaching a subject, with the serious difficulty of collecting the necessary information. The search for sources becomes a long, difficult and, on many occasions, unsuccessful task both due to the content that those found provide and the series of doors that close and the blind sticks that, sometimes, we are forced to give. These difficulties are multiplied when the content of the research work deals with little-discussed topics. This would be the case of the "forestry" issue, which has been routinely analyzed in the context of general agrarian studies. This, in itself, is not a difficulty, especially if the complementarity of agricultural uses and exploitation is considered, although it complicates the work of tracking in terms of information or possible sources to be used.
