Die „Schwarzfleckenkrankheit" der Weißfußgarnele (Penaeus vannamei Boone, 1931)

Alemán. Die Intensivierung der Aquakulturindustrie kann zum Ausbruch von Pilzinfektionen führen, die dann einen bedeutenden und wirtschaftlich wichtigen Verlust darstellen. Dieser Fallbericht beschreibt das Vorkommen von Fusarium solani als Ursache der 11Schwarzfleckenkrankheit11 bei Weißfußgarnelen in einem neu gegründeten Aquakulturbetrieb in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Histopathologisch mykologisch und insbesondere durch Anwendung der modernen Metagenomanalyse konnten in den schwarzpigmentierten Hautveränderungen massenhaft Hyphen von F. solani nachgewiesen werden.

The present case report describes the occurrence of Fusarium solani as the causative agent of 11black spot disease 11 in white-legged shrimp in a newly established aquaculture operation in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Histopathologicallr mycologically and especially by application of modern metagenome analysis, masses of hyphae of F. solani could be detected in the black pigmented skin lesions.
