Many consumers have turned their attention to an alternative to a loaf of yeast bread. Yeast-free bread, baked without using yeast, is becoming an increasingly popular choice among those who pay attention to their health and nutrition. How to bake and what are the advantages of this type of bread - all this is shown in our research.
