Genetic and statistical analyzes of ten quantitative characteristics inheritance of reciprocal populations F2 of three-hybrid crossing by plant height, leaf blade electroidy and absence of glaucosity on the plants of Winter Rye in three breeding institutions – Nosivskiy Variety Testing Station (VTS), Verhnianskiy VTS and Volynskiy Institute APV. Major portion of phenotype variation has been determined by environmental factors. Genotype variability of those characteristics is predetermined by effects of domination and epitasis, so the breeding aimed at acquirement of heterosis effect when ZKZ (ЗКЗ) and SKZ (СКЗ) are applied is expected to be promising.

The authors present the results of estimating seven raspberry cultivars - 'Novokutaivs'ka'(c), 'Phenomen' (c), 'Sanya', 'Perseya', 'Gusar', 'Kryepysh' and 'Strunka' - concerning their capability of forming yield depending on the cultivation year weather conditions. The cv 'Gusar' has been selected which had the highest yield of high-quality berries for two years of researches (2009-2010).

The trend for development and spreading of diseases and pests of blackcurrant at Orel region in the conditions of extreme drought in 2010 has been detected. Abnormal weather conditions of the summer and the lack of precipitation limited both growth of host plant and disease spreading. At the background of extreme conditions of 2010 the crop phenophases shifted to earlier dates. The awakening of wintering pathogen structures began in the classic dates of the spring, although in summer their biological cycle went off rapidly. Due to the lack of moisture the disease pathogens failed to fully realize their potential of development and spreading. A favorable aspect of the extreme conditions of vegetation period, the reducing of the protective measures against diseases, is to be admitted. Abnormal weather conditions accelerated the pathogen biological cycles and reduced the stock of wintering infection; meanwhile they provoked colonization of the plants by pests. In extremely high air temperature and lasting lack of precipitation the pests number was intensively increasing, exceeding the maliciousness threshold. Due to the above some additional insecticide and acaricide treatments of berry crops were applied. Thus, the vegetation period of 2010 was described as most favorable for the development and spreading of pests and less favorable for disease pathogens.

It is concluded by investigations that wheat crossing of various development types between themselves cause increase of formbuilding process in hybrid progeny, promoting the selection of practically valuable recombinats. The genotypes which present the practical valuable by complex of adaptive traits and properties have been selected by phenotype stability in the breeding process. The new bread winter wheat variety Pamyati Remesla developed with participation of spring wheat variety Hja 22139 (Finland) has been proposed for including it into the Register of Plant varieties of Ukraine adapted for use in Steppe, Forest- Steppe and Woodland of Ukraine since 2010.

Such varieties of winter wheat as Ovidium, Kokhana, Blago, Maria, Andromeda possess high adaptive potential, there are possible to use on irrigated and unirrigated lands. New genotypes are able to guarantee yield on level accordingly 9,0-9,5 and 5,5-6,0 t/ha. They are form the grain of strong and valuable wh eats.

Мета. Визначити вміст амінокислот, біологічну та харчову цінність зерна різних сортів гороху озимого та продуктів його перероблення. Методи. Вміст амінокислот визначали методом іонообмінної рідинної хроматографії. Математичне оброблення отриманих даних проводили дисперсійним аналізом однофакторного польового досліду. Амінокислотний та інтегральний скори визначали розрахунково. Результати. Зерно гороху озимого сортів ‘НС Мороз’, ‘Баллтрап’ та ‘Ендуро’ мало високий вміст амінокислот. У складі есенційних амінокислот частка лізину та лейцину була найвищою – 1,53–1,77%, а частка метіоніну – найнижчою 0,25–0,28% залежно від сорту гороху озимого. Основною амінокислотою зерна гороху озимого є глютамінова, частка якої складала 3,25–3,30% від усіх амінокислот. Частка аспарагінової кислоти становила 2,30–2,37% залежно від сорту. У складі незамінних амінокислот частка цистину була найнижчою – 0,31–0,37% залежно від сорту. Частка есенційних амінокислот зерна гороху озимого становила 40–41% від їхньої суми. Частка триптофану порівняно із зерном знижувалась на 30–43%, ізолейцину – на 20–24%, метіоніну – на 8–29%, фенілаланіну, лізину, лейцину – на 8–12%, валіну – на 5–9%, треоніну – на 1–5%. У складі незамінних амінокислот щодо зерна найбільше знижувалась частка цистину – на 58–73%, гістидину – на 36–43%, гліцину – на 42–45%. Частка аланіну щодо зерна знижувалась на 19–25%, глютамінової кислоти – на 12–15%, тирозину – на 8–18%, аспарагінової кислоти – на 9–12%. Найменше знижувалась частка серину та аргініну – на 3–8%. Проте сума незамінних амінокислот знижувалась лише на 15–17% залежно від сортових особливостей. Встановлено, що амінокислотний скор зерна гороху озимого та продуктів його перероблення був бездефіцитним. Розрахунки показали, що 100 г зерна гороху озимого задовольняють біологічну потребу дорослої людини в ізолейцині – на 55–58%, валіні – на 51–42%, триптофані – на 41–50%, лізині – на 37–40%, треоніні – на 39–40%, лейцині – на 36–38%. Найбільшу добову потребу забезпечувало 100 г продуктів перероблення зерна аргініном і глютаміновою кислотою – на 20–26% залежно від сорту гороху озимого. Для решти незамінних амінокислот цей показник був на рівні 6–16% у борошні та 2–15% у крупі завдяки зниженню вмісту амінокислот у цих продуктах. Висновки. Було визначено частку амінокислот, біологічну та харчову цінність зерна різних сортів гороху озимого та продуктів його перероблення, таких як крупа та борошно. В амінокислотному складі частка незамінних амінокислот переважала, проте 100 г зерна та продуктів його перероблення найбільше задовольняють потребу в незамінних амінокислотах. Частка амінокислот знижувалась у продуктах перероблення зерна гороху озимого, особливо в крупі. Амінокислотний скор зерна гороху озимого сортів ‘НС Мороз’, ‘Баллтрап’ та ‘Ендуро’ і продуктів його перероблення був збалансованим.
