The article represents results of researches and evaluation of newly registered and promising varieties of Soft Spring Wheat by their genetic potential, productivity and adaptability. Classification of the verities on the base of their reaction to the levels of agricultural background and types of their cultivation requirements to their growing was made. The stress was laid on the need to encourage winter wheat selection for resistance to drought and diseases and creation of new steppe ecotype varieties. | В статье представлены результаты исследований и оценка вновь зарегистрированных и  перспективных сортов пшеницы яровой мягкой по генетическому потенциалу, продуктивности и адаптивности. Проведена классификация сортов по реакции на уровни агрофонов и типам требований к условиям выращивания. Asa result of supervisions, estimation, description, and analysis of 13 morphological, biological, biometrycal and economic valuable signs 26 varietis of pea vegetable are set sizes of phenotypical coefficients of correlation between them. | В результате наблюдений, оценки, описания и анализа 13 морфологических, биологических, биометрических хозяйственно-ценных признаков у 26 сортов овощного гороха установлены неодинаковые размеры фенотипичных коэффициентов корреляции между ними. | За результатами спостережень, оцінки, опису й аналізу морфо-біологічних, біометричних і господарськи цінних ознак у 26 ранньостиглих сортозразків колекції гороху овочевого встановлені величини фенотипічних коефіцієнтів кореляції між ними. Знання про силу і напрям зв’язків між ознаками дає можливість значно прискорити селекційну роботу, підвищити її ефективність та зменшити витрати на її проведення. В селекції гороху овочевого широко використовують фенотипічні кореляції для прогнозування результатів схрещувань та доборів. Вони дають змогу виявити стійкі зв’язки між різними ознаками і використати їх для створення нових сортів. Кореляційний аналіз сприяє прискоренню селекції сортів.

The character of the inheritance of the content of sugar, titrate acids, ascorbic acid and P-active substances in fruit is shown. The brief descriptions of the new varieties with good flavor and harmonic combination of sugar and acidity are given. The prospects of the trend are shown. | В статье обсуждаются результаты 39-летней крупномасштабной работы по селекции на улучшение биохимического состава плодов яблони. Показан характер наследования содержания в плодах сахара, титруемых кислот, аскорбиновой кислоты и Р-активных веществ. Приведена краткая характеристика новых сортов с хорошим вкусом и гармоничным сочетанием сахара и кислоты, указана перспективность направления | Обговорюються результати 39- річної крупномасштабно'! роботи по селекції яблуні на поліпшення біохімічного складу плодів. Показано характер успадкування вмісту в плодах цукрів, титрованих кислот, аскорбінової кислоти і P-активних речовин. Наведена коротка характеристика нових сортів з хорошим смаком і гармонійним співвідношенням цукрів і кислоти, приведено перспективу напряму.

This article discusses the main factors of origin and development of analytical selection of winter wheat in Ukraine in late XIX - early XX century .. In particular highlight the role of scientific works of Charles Darwin, W. Rimpau, AL Sempolovskуу, IS Korzhinskуу and research institutions to increase attention to the study of local varieties of winter wheat and their improvement. Especially analyze values of Russia's first benefit from the breeding "Guide to Seed for the Advancement of cultivated plants", in which the author proposes methods for improving and creating new varieties. Since the end of XIX century selection were mainly involved in private owners on their own initiative, already in the beginning of XX century this trend more interested in the agricultural society, local and state authorities. Thanks to their support in the country organized congresses, meetings and conferences, set up research and field stations. It was during this period of transition took place in the national selection analysis. | В данной статье рассматриваются основные факторы зарождения и развития аналитической селекции пшеницы озимой в Украине в конце XIX – начале XX ст. Освещена роль научных работ Ч. Дарвина, В. Римпау, А. Л. Семполовського, И.,С. Коржинського и исследовательских учреждений в увеличении внимания к изучению местных сортов пшеницы озимой и их усовершенствования. Особенно анализировано значения первого российского пособия из селекции „Руководство к разведению семян по улучшению возделываемых растений”, в котором автор предлагает методы улучшения и создание новых сортов. Так как в конце XIX ст. селекцией занимались преимущественно частные хозяева по собственной инициативе, то уже в начале XX ст. этим направлением более заинтересовались сельскохозяйственные общества, местные и государственные органы власти. Благодаря их поддержке в стране организовывались съезды, совещания и конференции, создавались исследовательские поля и станции. Именно в этот период состоялся переход народной селекции в аналитическую. | У даній статті розглядаються основні чинники зародження та розвитку аналітичної селекції пшениці озимої в Україні наприкінці XIX – на початку XX століття. Зокрема висвітлено роль наукових праць Ч. Дарвіна, В. Римпау, А. Л. Семполовського, І.С. Коржинського та дослідних установ у збільшенні уваги до вивчення місцевих сортів пшениці озимої та їх удосконалення. Особливо описано значення першого російського посібника з селекції „Руководство к разведению семян по улучшению возделываемых растений”, у якому автор пропонує методи покращення та створення нових сортів. Так як наприкінці XIX століття селекцією займалися переважно приватні господарі з власної ініціативи, то вже на початку XX століття цим напрямом більш зацікавилися сільськогосподарські товариства, місцеві та державні органи влади. Подтверждена принципиальная возможность совмещения в одном генотипе высокой продуктивности и устойчивости к заболеванию. | У статті наведено показники господарсько-цінних ознак ЧС гібридів цукрового буряку, створених на основі батьківських компонентів, стійких проти фузаріозних гнилей під час вегетації, одержаних при вивченні в екологічному сортовипробуванні БЕТАІНТЕРКРОС. Підтверджена принципова можливість поєднання в одному генотипі високої продуктивності і стійкості до захворювання.
