The idea of the principles of sustainable development is important and a priority in the context of ensuring the effectiveness of the functioning of economic systems. The agricultural sector, which is of great importance in the socio-economic and economic dimensions, requires a favorable organization of innovations in order to achieve the principles of sustainability. In view of this, it is important to build an innovative model in the agricultural sector to obtain sustainability criteria, which requires the dissemination of theoretical and methodological assessments of its formation – which is the purpose of the article. The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of assessment and conducts a conceptual analysis of the foundations of the formation of an innovative model of the agricultural sector based on the principles of sustainable development. The methodological context of the formation of an innovative model on the basis of sustainable development is revealed, taking into account the critical importance of the agricultural sector as a system in which relations are implemented to guarantee national food security. Strategic priorities, ideological guidelines for the implementation of the concept of sustainability in the agricultural sector of the economy within the framework of solving the task of innovating the industry with the subsequent increase in its competitiveness are proposed. Methodologically compared and implemented into the system of scientific discourse, the aspect of implementation of measures to implement the goals of sustainable development within the framework of the formation of an innovative model of the agro-industrial sector. The theoretical value of the article lies in the improvement of the specified research vector, the expansion of theoretical and methodological assessments of the formation of an innovative model of the agrarian sector on the basis of sustainability with a concentration on the organizational and regulatory component. The use of methods of marker-associated selection opens up new perspectives in the context of maximum realization of the productive potential of animals, which makes the issue of the application of modern scientific approaches in animal husbandry particularly relevant. Considering this, the analysis of the productive qualities of cattle with different genotypes according to the set of candidate genes is one of the most urgent tasks of animal genetics and breeding. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the productive qualities of cows of the Ukrainian red-spotted dairy breed with different genotypes according to the TLR1, SLC11A1 and CSN2 loci. Genotyping of cattle individuals was performed using the PCR-RFLP method for TLR1 and SLC11A1 and AS-PCR for CSN2. The analysis of productive qualities of animals was carried out by comparing the parameters of three lactations for each group of animals according to the indicators of average milk yield for 305 days of lactation (kg), protein content in milk (%) and milk fat content (%). The study was carried out on the basis of previously obtained results of individual typing of individuals according to research loci. According to the results of studies conducted in the experimental population of cows for the toll-like receptor 1 (TLR1) locus for the first and third lactations, the dominant values of the yield index are characteristic of homozygotes with the GG genotype, while for the second lactation the highest values of yield are observed for homozygous individuals for allele A. At the same time, a probable difference between the indicators of individuals with different genotypes was not established.No significant difference between the groups of cows with the studied genotypes in the parameters of fat and protein content in milk by the TLR1 locus was also found. SLC11A1 is characterized by a characteristic difference from the previous gene, as two mutations forming haplotypes – CC-AA, СG-AA and CG-AT out of nine potentially possible variants were found in this locus. According to indicators of milk productivity, animals with the СG-AA haplotype had higher values of milk compared to other haplotypes during all three lactations (the difference is probable). The greatest differences were observed with the CG-AT haplotype. According to the indicators of the content of milk protein and fat, no probable differences between individuals with different haplotypes were established. The variability of signs for all lactations was at a low level. As for the beta-casein locus, according to the results of the conducted research, no significant difference in the indicators of milk productivity of cows with different genotypes was found. The highest confidence values are characteristic of individuals with the A1A1 genotype, however, the difference with individuals with other genotypes is unlikely. In any case, the A2 allele, according to the value of the indicators of homozygous individuals (genotype A2A2), does not have a negative effect on the parameters of milk productivity of animals | Застосування методів маркер-асоційованої селекції відкриває нові перспективи в контексті максимальної реалізації продуктивного потенціалу тварин, що робить питання застосування сучасних наукових підходів у тваринництві особливо актуальним. З огляду на це, аналіз продуктивних якостей особин великої рогатої худоби з різними генотипами за сукупністю генів-кандидатів належить до одного з найактуальніших завдань генетики і селекції тварин. Отже, мета даного дослідження, – провести аналіз продуктивних якостей корів української червоно-рябої молочної породи з різними генотипами за локусами TLR1, SLC11A1 та CSN2. Генотипування особин ВРХ проводили за використання методу PCR-RFLP для TLR1 та SLC11A1 і AS-PCR для CSN2. Аналіз продуктивних якостей тварин проводили за рахунок порівняння параметрів трьох лактацій для кожної групи тварин за показниками середнього надою за 305 днів лактації (кг), вмісту білка в молоці (%) та жирномолочності (%). Дослідження проведено на основі отриманих раніше результатів індивідуального типування особин за дослідними локусами. За результатами проведених досліджень у дослідній популяції корів за локусом толлподібного рецептора 1 (TLR1) для першої та третьої лактацій домінуючі значення показнику надою характерні для гомозигот з генотипом GG, у той час, як для другої лактації найбільші значення надою спостерігаються для гомозиготних особин за алелем A. При цьому вірогідної різниці між показниками особин з різними генотипами не встановлено. Значної різниці між групами корів з досліджуваними генотипами за показниками вмісту жиру та білка в молоці за локусом TLR1 також не виявлено. Для SLC11A1 властива характерна відмінність від попереднього гену, оскільки в цьому локусі виявлено дві мутації, що формують гаплотипи – СС-АА, СG-АА та CG-AT із дев’яти потенційно можливих варіантів. За показниками молочної продуктивності тварини з гаплотипом СG-АА мали більші значення надою порівняно з іншими гаплотипами протягом всіх трьох лактацій (різниця вірогідна). Найбільші відмінності спостерігали з гаплотипом CG-AT. За показниками вмісту молочного білка та жиру вірогідних відмінностей між особинами з різними гаплотипами не встановлено. Варіативність ознак для всіх лактацій перебувала на низькому рівні. Що стосується локусу бета-казеїну, за результатами проведених досліджень значної різниці в показниках молочної продуктивності корів з різними генотипами не виявлено. Найвищі значення надою притаманні для особин з генотипом A1A1, проте, різниця з особинами з іншими генотипами не є вірогідною. У будь-якому випадку, алель A2, за значенням показників гомозиготних особин (генотип A2A2), не проявляє негативного впливу на параметри молочної продуктивності тварин

The article is devoted to the problems of digitalization of accounting in the agricultural sector of Ukraine as the main element of modernization of business processes in the conditions of digitalization. Accordingly, the issue of using modern accounting tools for agricultural enterprises, which largely depends on the implementation of the scenario of digital development of rural areas of Ukraine, in particular, the development of digital infrastructure, is gaining relevance. The purpose of the article is to investigate the current trends in the digitisation of the accounting of agricultural enterprises and their impact on the management of business processes in today’s conditions. The research uses the dialectical method of cognition and general scientific techniques and principles of complex research, which include empirical, theoretical-cognitive and general logical methods, in particular: observation, comparison, description, generalization; analysis, synthesis, analogy and abstraction; systematic approach; monographic; comparative analysis. The article examines the benefits of using information technologies in the activities of enterprises in the agrarian sector and identifies factors that slow down the process of its transformation. It was established that the development of an agricultural enterprise based on the digitalization of management processes requires a significant amount of time for implementation, which is associated with making significant investments in the acquisition and support of technologies, as well as training employees in new professional skills. The innovations of the modern information space that can be used in the business environment for the digital transformation of business, in particular for the purpose of productive organization of accounting processes, are considered. The generalized results and formulated conclusions can be applied in the practical activities of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises in the context of the use of the formed information base of technologies, online services, specialized applications for the digitalization of accounting processes, reporting, taxation, as well as the determination of critical factors for slowing down the use of digital technologies, which will contribute to the overall transformation business processes of economic entities of the agro-industrial complex | Статтю присвячено проблемам цифровізації бухгалтерського обліку в аграрному секторі України як основного елемента модернізації бізнес-процесів в умовах діджиталізації. Мета статті – дослідити сучасні тенденції цифровізації обліку підприємств аграрної галузі та їх вплив на управління бізнес-процесами в умовах сьогодення. У дослідженні використано діалектичний метод пізнання та загальнонаукові прийоми і принципи комплексних досліджень, які включають емпіричні, теоретико-когнітивні та загальні логічні методи, зокрема: спостереження, порівняння, опис, узагальнення; аналіз, синтез, аналогію і абстрагування; системний підхід; монографічний; порівняльного аналізу. У статті досліджено вигоди від використання інформаційних технологій у діяльності підприємств аграрного сектору та визначено чинники, які уповільнюють процес його трансформації. Встановлено, що розвиток аграрного підприємства на основі цифровізації управлінських процесів потребує значної кількості часу для впровадження, що пов’язано з вкладенням суттєвих інвестицій у придбання та супровід технологій, а також навчання співробітників новим професійним навичкам. Розглянуто новації сучасного інформаційного простору, що можуть бути використані у бізнес-середовищі задля цифрової трансформації бізнесу, зокрема з метою продуктивної організації облікових процесів. The article substantiates the expediency of irrigation development in the South of Ukraine as an important condition for the formation of a favorable innovation and investment environment in the region. It is proved that the development of irrigation in Mykolaiv region requires a systematic approach with mandatory scientific support on the terms of public-private partnership. The economic and budgetary efficiency of the project for the creation of an innovative landfill for sprinkler farming using Smart-technologies has been determined. It is proved that the implementation of the project for 2021-2023 will increase revenues to the state budget and get budget efficiency at 22% | У статті обґрунтовано доцільність розвитку зрошення в умовах Півдня України, як важливої умови для формування сприятливого інноваційно-інвестиційного середовища регіону. Доведено, що розвиток зрошення у Миколаївській області потребує системного підходу з обов’язковим науковим супроводом на умовах державно-приватного партнерства. Визначено економічну та бюджетну ефективність від впровадження проєкту зі створення інноваційного полігону дощувального землеробства з використанням Smart-технологій. The article is devoted to the formation of the post-war model of development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. The topicality of the topic consists in determining the means of restoration and further development of the agro-industrial complex with appropriate justification of the proposed model, which will contribute to solving the problems of providing food to Ukrainian and foreign consumers. Considering the specifics of the research, the main method was chosen to be systematic, which ensures the complexity of the research. Along with it, the methods of comparisons, formalization, and economic analysis were used, which make it possible to supplement and expand the scope of the research to obtain a scientifically based result. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the prognosticfinancial concept of the restoration model of the agricultural industry of Ukraine in the post-war period. The article analyzes the pre-war state of the agro-industrial complex according to the main criteria and reveals the reasons for inefficient use of its potential. A comparison of the efficiency of agricultural production based on the indicator of added value was made in Ukraine with such countries as Poland, Brazil, Germany, France, where Ukraine was found to be significantly behind. It is also emphasized that a small share of Ukrainian agricultural raw materials is sent to industrial processing, which significantly reduces the amount of added value. Taking into account the importance of the influence of external environmental factors on the functioning of the agro-industrial potential at the present time, an analytical justification of this influence in cost calculation is provided. Using the system method, an algorithm for the development of the specified model was proposed, the hierarchy and structure of the development of this complex were substantiated, six principles were determined, scientific approaches were developed for the formation of a prognostic model of the post-war development of the specified complex in experimental and working versions, and the conditions for its implementation were highlighted. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the development of theoretical provisions, which together made it possible to propose a predictive model of the development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine in the post-war period, which will contribute to the restoration and further development of the entire specified complex with sustainable provision of national food security | Стаття присвячена формуванню післявоєнної моделі розвитку агропромислового комплексу України. Актуальність теми полягає у визначенні засобів відновлення та подальшого розвитку агропромислового комплексу з відповідним обґрунтуванням пропонованої моделі, що сприятиме вирішенню проблем забезпечення продовольством українських та зарубіжних споживачів. Зважаючи на специфіку дослідження, основним методом вибрано системний, що забезпечує комплексність виконання дослідження. Поряд із ним використано методи порівнянь, формалізації, економічного аналізу, які дають змогу доповнити та розширити обсяги дослідження для отримання науково обґрунтованого результату. Метою статті є обґрунтування прогностично-фінансового концепту відновлювальної моделі АПК України у післявоєнний період. У статті проаналізовано передвоєнний стан агропромислового комплексу за основними критеріями та виявлено причини неефективного використання його потенціалу. Здійснено порівняння ефективності сільськогосподарського виробництва за показником доданої вартості в Україні із такими країнами як Польща, Бразилія, Німеччина, Франція, де було виявлено суттєве відставання України. Також наголошено на незначній частці української сільськогосподарської сировини, яка направляється на промислову переробку, що значно знижує обсяги добавленої вартості. Зважаючи на важливість впливу чинників зовнішнього середовища у теперішній час на функціонування агропромислового потенціалу, подано аналітичне обґрунтування цього впливу у вартісному обчисленні. Використовуючи системний метод, запропоновано алгоритм розробки зазначеної моделі, обґрунтовано ієрархію та структуру розвитку цього комплексу, визначено шість принципів, розроблено наукові підходи щодо формування прогностичної моделі післявоєнного розвитку зазначеного комплексу у експериментальному і робочих варіантах та висвітлено умови її впровадження. Наукова новизна статті полягає у розробці теоретичних положень, які в сукупності дали змогу запропонувати прогностичну модель розвитку агропромислового комплексу України у післявоєнний період, що буде сприяти відновленню та подальшому розвиткові всього зазначеного комплексу із стійким забезпеченням національної продовольчої безпеки

An important problem in modern dairy cattle breeding is the achievement of a high level of genetic progress in economically important traits through the implementation of effective breeding programs. For this purpose, genomic selection is currently used in many countries of the world. The aim of the study was to investigate possibilities of use of genomic selection in dairy cattle breeding in Ukraine. On the basis of analysis of “Catalogue of sires of dairy and dual-purpose breeds for reproduction of cows in 2020” (sperm of these sires was used in Ukraine) two methods of breeding value estimation were compared: 1) traditional method based on pedigree and performance of progeny; 2) genomic method based on effects of SNPs. Considerable advantage of sires with genomic evaluations was proved. These sires excel sires with traditional evaluation for milk yield by 1.6 times, for fat percentage by 2.2 times, for fat yield by 1.7 times, for protein percentage by 2.1 times and for protein yield by 1.7 times. Using estimates of breeding values of sires pare-wise genetic correlations between main genetic traits were computed. The negative genetic relationship between milk yield and fat and protein percentages was revealed. Values of energy corrected milk (ECM) of daughters and dams of sires across breeds and countries of origin were calculated. It was shown that dams of sires of Holstein and Jersey breeds had highest values of energy corrected milk (9,132.0 kg and 8,041 kg, respectively) while dams of sires of Ukrainian Black-and-White dairy breed had lowest values of this trait (5,848.1 kg). According to country-of-origin daughters of sire’s form USA, Canada and the Netherlands had highest values of energy corrected milk. Values of response to selection using traditional breeding program and genomic selection were compared. It was proved that by means of shortening generation intervals on pathways of genetic improvement “sires of bulls”, “sires of cows” and “dams of bulls” using genomic selection it is possible to increase rate of genetic progress for milk yield from 100.1 kg to 180.0 kg that is by 80% | Важливою проблемою в сучасному молочному скотарстві є досягнення високого рівня генетичного прогресу по економічно важливим ознакам шляхом впровадження ефективних селекційних програм. Задля цього нині в багатьох країнах світу використовують геномну селекцію. Метою дослідження було вивчення можливостей застосування геномної селекції в розведенні молочної худоби в Україні. На основі аналізу «Каталогу плідників молочних і комбінованих порід для відтворення корів у 2020 р.» (сперму цих плідників використовували в Україні) порівнювали два методи оцінки племінної цінності: 1) традиційний метод, заснований на родоводі і продуктивність потомства; 2) геномний метод, заснований на ефектах SNP-маркерів. Доведено значну перевагу плідників з геномними оцінками. Ці плідники перевершують плідників з традиційною оцінкою за надоєм молока в 1,6 рази, за відсотком жиру в 2,2 рази, за виходом жиру в 1,7 рази, за відсотком білка в 2,1 рази і за виходом білка в 1,7 рази. На основі оцінок племінної цінності плідників були розраховано генетичні кореляції між основними селекційними ознаками. Виявлено негативний генетичний зв'язок між надоєм та вмістом жиру та білка. Були розраховані значення скорегованого на енергію надою (ECM) дочок і матерів плідників для різних порід і країн походження. Показано, що найвищі показники скорегованого на енергію надою мали матері плідників голштинської та джерсейської порід (9132,0 кг та 8041 кг, відповідно), а найнижчі – матері плідників української чорно-рябої молочної породи (5848,1 кг). Відповідно до країни походження дочки бугаїв з США, Канади та Нідерландів мали найвищі значення скорегованого на енергію надою. Порівнювали значення відповіді на відбір за традиційною селекційною програмою та геномною селекцією. Доведено, що за рахунок скорочення генераційних інтервалів на шляхах генетичного покращення «батьки бугаїв», «батьки корів» і «матері бугаїв» за допомогою геномної селекції можна підвищити швидкість генетичного прогресу за надоєм від 100,1 кг. до 180,0 кг, тобто на 80 %

Creative industries contribute to the use of the cultural and resource potential of the region (cultural traditions, historical and architectural heritage) and their direction for local economic development. The purpose of the article is to identify the trends in the development of creative industries in Ukraine, their role and significance for the tourism industry, and on this basis to justify the advantages of their synergistic connection to the local economic development of the Mykolaiv region. The research uses a set of scientific research methods of a general (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, abstraction, formalization) and special (content analysis, comparison, graphic) nature, which made it possible to reveal meaningful interpretations of regularities regarding the interpretation of the concepts of "creative industries" and "creative tourism", as well as characterize the synergistic relationship between them. It was found that creative industries have a positive impact on the country's economy, in particular, the cultural sector accounts for 3.1% of the global gross domestic product, and cultural and creative industries provide almost 50 million jobs. It was established that Ukraine has a significant potential of creative industries, the value of which in the economy is constantly growing, so the export of creative industries accounts for 30% of the total. The scientific works of Ukrainian scientists, as well as scientists of other countries, on the influence of creative industries on the development of tourism were analyzed, as a result of which attention was focused on a number of advantages that can be combined into three groups: the tourism industry (a new unique tourist experience; expansion of the offer without any what additional investments; high-quality and sustainable tourism with high added value and purchasing power); community and population (diversification of the local economy;creative entrepreneurship; sustainable development of the territory; investment attractiveness; new forms of cooperation; improving the quality of life and well-being; social cohesion; community empowerment); the field of culture (positive influence on the development of cultural infrastructure; preservation and restoration of intangible cultural heritage; cooperation in the cultural sphere; formation of creative communities). It is the search for new and creative ways to develop the tourism sector (opening of domestic destinations, development of new routes and territory development projects) that will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the tourism industry | Креативні індустрії сприяють використанню культурно-ресурсного потенціалу регіону (культурні традиції, історична й архітектурна спадщина) та їх спрямуванню на місцевий економічний розвиток. Мета статті полягає у виявленні тенденцій розвитку креативних індустрій в Україні, їх ролі та значення для галузі туризму, та на цій основі обґрунтувати переваги від їх синергетичного зв’язку на місцевий економічний розвиток Миколаївської області. У дослідженні використовується сукупність методів наукового дослідження загального (аналіз та синтез, індукція й дедукція, абстрагування, формалізація) та спеціального (контент-аналіз, порівняння, графічний) характеру, що дозволили виявити змістовні інтерпретації закономірностей щодо трактування понять «креативні індустрії» та «креативний туризм», а також охарактеризувати синергетичний зв’язок між ними. Виявлено, що креативні індустрії позитивно впливають на економіку країни, зокрема, на сектор культури приходиться 3,1 % світового валового внутрішнього продукту, а культурні та креативні індустрії забезпечують майже 50 млн. робочих місць. Встановлено, що Україна має значний потенціал креативних індустрій, вартість якого в економіці постійно зростає, так на експорт креативних індустрій приходиться 30 % від загального. Проаналізовано наукові роботи українських вчених, а також вчених інших країн щодо впливу креативних індустрій на розвиток туризму, у результаті чого акцентовано увагу на низці переваг, які можна об’єднати в три групи: галузь туризму (новий унікальний досвід туриста; розширення пропозиції без будь-яких додаткових інвестицій; якісний та стійкий туризм з високою доданою вартістю й купівельною спроможністю); громада та населення (диверсифікація місцевої економіки; креативне підприємництво; сталий розвиток території; інвестиційна привабливість; нові форми співробітництва; покращення якості життя та добробуту; соціальна згуртованість; розширення можливостей громади); галузь культури (позитивний вплив на розвиток культурної інфраструктури; збереження та відновлення нематеріальної культурної спадщини; співробітництво в культурній сфері; формування креативних спільнот). Currently, the branch of the Ukrainian food industry occupies a priority place among other spheres of the economy. However, the field of food production faces the problem of non-compliance with current requirements in the context of the environmental aspect. Among them is the aspect of waste processing, which is generated during the processing of fish raw materials, cleaning of sewage wells. A typical situation for fish processing enterprises is the disposal of waste and fatty effluents. Actual economic needs include the need for the production of protein feed additives, as well as solving environmental issues for the processing of fat-containing effluents from fish processing enterprises. Thus, the purpose of the article is to develop the technological basis of the aerobic bioconversion of the fat component of the effluents of fish processing enterprises into a protein feed additive. Therefore, a technology for utilization of the fat-containing phase of fish processing effluents based on a combination of physical and chemical effects and biological oxidation is proposed. It was established that the predominant organism of the autochthonous microflora of the waste is the fungus Geotrichum sp., and also that the yeast Yarrowia lipolytica, selected for the substrate, is the most promising biodecomposer of fats. A basic technological scheme of bioconversion of the fat-containing phase of effluents of fish processing enterprises into yeast biomass for fodder purposes has been developed. The main chemical and microbiological indicators of the fat-containing phase of the effluents of fish processing enterprises were determined. It has been established that for the biodestruction of fatty effluents, it is appropriate to use both top-up and continuous methods of cultivation, which do not lead to radical changes in the quality of the obtained biomass. It was established that in the process of holding waste in a sludge collector (1-13 days) as a result of the vital activity of autochthonous microorganisms, the fat content decreases from 87 to 58 | Запропоновано технологію утилізації жировмісної фази стоків рибопереробки на основі комбінування фізико-хімічного впливу і біологічного окиснення. During the years of Ukraine's independence, the provision of fodder to the livestock industry and their effective use remained a difficult and unsolved problem. The military aggression of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, economic, geopolitical, climatic instability, global food crisis exacerbated the pre-war problems and led to the emergence of new threats and challenges in fodder production. The purpose of the study is to assess the state and main trends of the feed market of Ukraine, the problems of the feed industry in the context of modern threats and challenges. The research uses generally accepted methods of scientific economic research, in particular: bibliometric, scientific abstraction and hypothesis, systematic and economic analysis, monographic, analysis and synthesis, complex, abstract-logical, induction and deduction, comparison and logical generalization. The main problems of Ukrainian fodder production were considered: the increase in the cost of material resources, energy resources, the increase in the cost of harvesting and storage of domestically produced fodder, the shortage of labor force due to migration and mobilization, extreme climatic conditions that affect the yield of fodder crops, the quantity and quality of fodder, non-compliance with crop rotation, low feed quality, regional redistribution of feed production and consumption, shortage of working capital, problems with reimbursement of value added tax, delays in customs clearance of imported material resources, high inflation, fixed exchange rate, problematic insurance/letter of credit instruments under export contracts, destruction of the main supply chains in Ukraine, change in the geography of exports, blockade of sea ports, high cost of created logistics chains, difficult access to the market of European countries from the point of view of import and product certification, limitation of throughput capacity of European logistics centers, etc. Attention is focused on the problems of fodder production in the de-occupied and front-line territories: a shortage of resources due to the loss of funds and property due to shelling and theft by the Russian military, the destruction of crops, the inability to export products, the death of farm animals due to military actions, damage and destruction of agricultural infrastructure and equipment, the impossibility of conducting technological operations, negative consequences for the land fund as a result of mining, artillery shelling, movement of heavy equipment, etc. The main results of the research can be used for scientific developments and in the practical activities of agricultural producers, assessing the impact of risks and threats on the fodder production industry of Ukraine | За роки незалежності України, забезпечення кормами галузі тваринництва та їх ефективне використання залишалися складною і невирішеною проблемою. Військова агресія РФ на території України, економічна, геополітична, кліматична нестабільність, глобальна продовольча криза загострила довоєнні проблеми і зумовила виникнення нових загроз і викликів у кормовиробництві. Метою дослідження є оцінка стану і основних тенденцій ринку кормів України, проблем кормовиробничої галузі в контексті сучасних загроз і викликів. У дослідженні використані загальноприйняті методи наукових економічних досліджень, зокрема: бібліометричний, наукової абстракції та гіпотези, системного та економічного аналізу, монографічний, аналізу і синтезу, комплексний, абстрактно-логічний, індукції та дедукції, порівняння та логічного узагальнення. Було розглянуто основні проблеми українського кормовиробництва: зростання вартості матеріальних ресурсів, енергоресурсів, здорожчання процесів заготівлі і зберігання кормів власного виробництва, дефіцит робочої сили внаслідок міграції і мобілізації, екстремальні кліматичні умови, які впливають на урожайність кормових культур, кількість та якість кормів, недотримання сівозмін, низька якість кормів, регіональний перерозподіл виробництва і споживання кормів, дефіцит обігових коштів, проблеми з відшкодуванням податку на додану вартість, затримки з митним оформленням імпортованих матеріальних ресурсів, високий рівень інфляції, фіксований валютний курс, проблемні інструменти страхування/акредитивів за експортними контрактами, руйнування основних ланцюгів постачання в Україні, зміна географії експорту, блокада морських портів, висока вартість створених логістичних ланцюжків, ускладнений доступ на ринок країн Європи з точки зору імпорту та сертифікації продукції, обмеження пропускної спроможності європейських логістичних центрів, тощо. Зосереджено увагу на проблемах кормовиробництва на деокупованих і прифронтових територіях: дефіцит ресурсів через втрати коштів і майна внаслідок обстрілів і крадіжок російськими військовими, знищення посівів, неможливості вивезти продукцію, загибель сільськогосподарських тварин через воєнні дії, пошкодження й руйнування аграрної інфраструктури та техніки, неможливість проведення технологічних операцій, негативні наслідки для земельного фонду внаслідок замінування, артобстрілів, руху важкої техніки, тощо. Основні результати дослідження можуть бути використані для наукових розробок і у практичній діяльності агровиробників, оцінюванні впливу ризиків і загроз на кормовиробничу галузь України

In modern agricultural systems, the basis of cultivation technology and an important factor determining the yield and quality of high-oleic sunflower seeds is regulation of mineral fertilizer rates. Therefore, the determination of their influence on the productivity of the culture determines the relevance of the conducted research. The purpose of the study is to determine the optimal rates of mineral fertilizer application to increase the yield of high-oleic sunflower hybrids in non-irrigated conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine. To achieve the goal, a field study was conducted in the fields of the Mykolaiv State Agricultural Research Station of the Institute of Irrigated Agriculture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. The subjects of the study are high-oleic sunflower hybrids Kadet, Hektor and Oplot, the originator of which is the V.Ya. Institute of Plant Breeding. Yuryev of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine. As a result of the study, it was found that when applying N90P90K60, the Kadet hybrid formed the largest diameter of the basket - 19.5 cm, under the same feeding conditions, the diameter of the basket in the Hektor and Oplot hybrids was 14.3 cm and 16.4 cm, respectively. The largest mass of 1000 seeds for the level of N90P90K60 fertilization was established in the hybrid Cadet – 59.8 g, and at the level of fertilization N30P40K30 the lowest mass of 1000 seeds – 41.7 g was formed in the hybrid Hector. In addition, in the high-oleic sunflower hybrid Kadet, the content of crude fat in seeds and oleic acid in oil was the highest compared to other hybrids in all variants of fertilization. The application of mineral fertilizers also affected the yield of high-oleic sunflower, so the yield of the Kadet hybrid was 24.1% higher with the application of N90P90K60, compared to the variant of application of N30P40K30, and the yield of the Hektor and Oplot hybrids was 33.3% and 28%, respectively, which makes it possible to state that the level provision of mineral fertilizers helps to increase crop productivity. The obtained results provide an opportunity to improve the technology of growing high-oleic sunflower under conditions of insufficient moisture, and the perspective of further research may be to study the effect of increased norms of each individual macroelement or their joint effect on the productivity and quality of the high-oleic sunflower crop | У сучасних системах землеробства основою технології вирощування та важливим фактором, що визначає врожайність та якість насіння високоолеїнового соняшнику, є регулювання норм мінеральних добрив. Тому визначення їх впливу на продуктивність культури зумовлюють актуальність проведеного дослідження. Мета дослідження – визначити оптимальні норми внесення мінеральних добрив для підвищення врожайності гібридів високоолеїнового соняшнику в незрошуваних умовах Південного Степу України. Для досягнення мети проведено польове дослідження на полях Миколаївської державної сільськогосподарської дослідної станції Інституту зрошуваного землеробства Національної академії аграрних наук України. Об'єкти дослідження – гібриди високоолеїнового соняшнику Кадет, Гектор та Оплот, оригінатором яких є Інститут рослинництва імені В.Я. Юр’єва Національної академії аграрних наук України. В результаті дослідження встановлено, що при внесенні N90P90K60 гібрид Кадет сформував набільший діаметр кошику – 19.5 см, за тих же умов живлення у гібридів Гектор та Оплот діаметр кошику становив відповідно 14.3 см та 16.4 см. Набільша маса 1000 насінин за рівня удобрення N90P90K60 встановлена у гібриду Кадет – 59.8 г, а за рівня удобрення N30P40K30 найменша маса 1000 насінин – 41.7 г сформувалась у гібриду Гектор. Крім того, у гібриду високоолеїнового соняшнику Кадет вміст сирого жиру в насінні та олеїнової кислоти в олії у всіх варіантах внесення добрив був найвищим порівняно до інших гібридів. Внесення мінеральних добрив вплинуло й на врожайність високоолеїнового соняшнику, так урожайність гібриду Кадет була на 24.1 % вищою за внесення N90P90K60, у порівнянні до варінту внесення N30P40K30, а врожайність гібридів Гектор та Оплот на 33.3 % та 28 % відповідно, це уможливлює стверджувати, що рівень забезпечення мінеральними добривами сприяє підвищенню продуктивності культури. Отримані результати дають можливість удосконалити технологію вирощування високоолеїнового соняшнику за умов недостатього зволоження, а перспективою подальших досліджень може бути вивчення дії підвищених норм кожного окремого макроелемента чи їх спільного впливу на продуктивність та якість урожаю високоолеїнового соняшнику
