In modern realities, an important place for the effective management of the cattle breeding industry is a properly implemented selection and breeding process with the sampling of cows that are marked by the highest indicators of a set of productive qualities. In this case, the application of entropy and information analysis is one of the most expedient, as it makes it possible to assess the economic and useful qualities of animals as fully as possible. The purpose of the study is to evaluate and analyze the degree of organization of the biological system of dairy cattle productive traits under the influence of hereditary factors such as the age and origin of cows. During the research, methods generally accepted in zootechnics and methods using information and entropy analysis, which are adapted and modified in animal husbandry, were used. The data obtained from the entropy and information analysis show that for cattle of the Black-and-White breed of different lineal affiliations, the level of organization of systems varies – R from 0.009 to 1.341 bits. Moreover, the most stable trait from the point of view of variability was the fat content in milk, the level of unconditional entropy in the section of lactations was equal to 3.333-4.550 bits, which indicates a smaller influence of disorganized factors on the level of manifestation of this trait, and a greater dependence on hereditary factors, i.e. origin. Although in general, a reliable influence of the lineal affiliation of cows on indicators of unconditional entropy and organization of the system was not established, the influence of the age factor on indicators of entropy was observed. Thus, the researched livestock is not characterized by uniformity and consolidation in terms of the main selection characteristics, except for the fat content in milk, which indicates a wide range of variability and serves as a flexible material both for selection and breeding work and for increasing the level of milk productivity. Therefore, the use of empirical data of information theory can be a kind of marker when predicting hereditary traits of a particular productivity, since entropy and information analysis provides wider and deeper values of trait variability | В сучасних реаліях важливе місце для ефективного ведення галузі скотарства є вірно здійснений селекційно-племінний процес з відбором корів, які відмічаються найвищими показниками сукупності продуктивних якостей. В даному випадку застосування ентропійно-інформаційного аналізу є одним із найбільш доцільних, оскільки дає можливість оцінити господарсько корисні якості тварин максимально повно. Мета дослідження полягає в оцінці та аналізі міри організованості біологічної системи продуктивних ознак молочної худоби під впливом спадкових факторів, таких як вік та походження корів. В ході дослідження були використані загальноприйняті в зоотехнії методики та методи з використанням інформаційно-ентропійного аналізу, які адаптовані та модифіковані у тваринництві. Одержані дані з проведення ентропійно-інформаційного аналізу демонструють, що для великої рогатої худоби чорно-рябої породи різної лінійної належності рівень організованості систем коливається – R від 0,009 до 1,341 біт. При чому, найбільш стабільною ознакою, з точки зору мінливості, виявився вміст жиру в молоці, рівень безумовної ентропії у розрізі лактацій дорівнював 3,333-4,550 біт, що вказує на менший вплив дезорганізованих факторів на рівень прояву даної ознаки, а більшу її залежність від спадкових чинників, тобто походження. Хоча в цілому достовірного впливу лінійної належності корів на показники безумовної ентропії та організованості системи не встановлено, але спостерігався вплив вікового фактора на показники ентропії. Таким чином, досліджуване поголів'я за основними селекційними ознаками, за виключенням вмісту жиру в молоці, не характеризується одноманітністю та консолідованістю, що вказує на широкий діапазон мінливості і слугує пластичним матеріалом як для селекційно-племінної роботи, так і для підвищення рівня молочної продуктивності. The direction of organic farming is one of the most promising and relevant in the field of agriculture. Organic agriculture assumes the priority role of grain production, for which a significant share of organic land is allocated from the total area, but compared to other European countries, it is a much smaller indicator. One of the reasons for this is the low yield of crops, which is due to the cessation of the use of chemical plant protection agents and mineral fertilizers. The phenomenon of allelopathy is taken into account when developing the structure of crop rotation and mixed crops in order to avoid soil fatigue in monocultures and weed control. Accordingly, it is appropriate to research and study the allelopathic properties of new varieties of winter wheat from different breeding centers of Ukraine. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to establish the allelopathic activity of various types of winter wheat, which will make it possible to identify varieties relevant for organic farming. To confirm the allelopathic activity of various types of winter wheat in 2019-2020, field research was carried out in the field of the Educational-Scientific-Practical Center of Mykolaiv National Agrarian University. The article presents the results of research into the allelopathic activity of water-soluble secretions from the soil rhizosphere and vegetative organs of winter wheat plants of new varieties of domestic breeding. It was established that water extracts from the organs of winter wheat plants of Koshova and Garantiya Odeska varieties inhibited the germination of watercress seeds more than other studied varieties. The variety Shchedrivka Kyivska has high allelopathic activity, and the varieties Vidrada and MIP Assol are neutral to the germination of watercress seeds | У статті представлено результати досліджень алелопатичної активності водорозчинних виділень з ризосфери ґрунту та вегетативних органів рослин пшениці озимої нових сортів вітчизняної селекції. The production of high-quality products stimulates Ukrainian manufacturers to enter the European and international markets, which at the same time stimulates domestic manufacturers to produce competitive products on a par with high-quality foreign alternative products. The promotion of competitive high-quality products to the European and world markets will make it possible to strengthen the national currency, which will actively contribute to the improvement of the economy of Ukraine, will create appropriate conditions for the development of entrepreneurial activity, fair competition, and improvement of the level of well-being of the population. The only approach to evaluating the quality of products is designed to quickly monitor indicators throughout the entire cycle of its production. In order to most economically and quickly achieve the goal in the field of qualimetry without violating the current restrictions, there is a need to optimize the requirements for product quality indicators. There are a number of methods that have their own advantages and disadvantages for each object of quality measurement. The purpose of the work is to analyze the mechanisms of quality metrics and to combine their advantages into a joint assessment model. The research was conducted using the methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization and induction. The article presents the methodology for determining the generalized quality indicator of quality measurement objects of various nature, including: products, technological processes, systems, or anything that requires a step-by-step assessment. Based on the analysis of existing non-linear relationships between the measured quality indicator and its assessment on a dimensionless scale, a method based on the use of generalized quality indicators is proposed. Today, interbank competition is gaining momentum, so the introduction and development of innovative technologies in the provision of banking services is becoming particularly relevant. In addition, the improvement of innovative technologies in the banking sector will ensure the efficient operation of the banking system and increase the level of the economy of Ukraine by increasing innovative ways of carrying out financial transactions. The goal is to study the prospects for the integration of financial technologies in the banking sector, to identify strengths and weaknesses, as well as threats and opportunities for the influence of these technologies in the banking industry. The theoretical and methodological main articles are the works of Ukrainian scientists on the implementation of banking innovations and financial technologies. Empirical and theoretical research methods were used in the research process, which made it possible to reveal the essence of the concept of innovative activity and innovative technologies. An analysis of modern promising innovative technologies in Ukraine and in the world was carried out. With the help of SWOT analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of innovative technologies, such as: ManuScan, electronic wallets, electronic payment systems, were investigated. Special attention was paid to the category of threats of such innovative technologies as hacking and virus attacks, since these innovative technologies are used in the banking and financial system at the state level. The relevance of the following article is determined by the need to elaborate on the economic benefits of using accounting outsourcing for agro-industrial enterprises. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main advantages of delegating enterprise`s accounting functions to a specialized company, as well as to prove the economic feasibility of outsourcing. The basis for the methodological approach includes: data analysis regarding the level of outsourcing, method of average values, comparison method, graphic method, generalization method. The article reveals the essence, types, main advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing, and compares the features of workplace organization and pay for full-time employees, freelance workers and outsourcing companies. Drawing from the previous experiences of the USA, Germany and Poland, the ways to apply accounting outsourcing in Ukraine were singled out, namely: enshrining in legislation the procedure for providing outsourcing services; transparency in regards of their clients from the outsourcing companies` side; determining the approximate amount of financial costs for maintaining a full-time employee performing the accountant duties. In the course of the research, the volumes of expenses for maintaining the accounting department of the enterprise and for payment for the services of an outsourcing company were compared, and the amount of economic benefit from the use of accounting outsourcing was determined, the dynamics of administrative costs of agricultural enterprises before and after the transfer of accounting functions to outsourcing were analyzed, and the expediency of using accounting outsourcing at agrarian enterprises as a way of reducing administrative costs and increasing the efficiency of accounting functions at the enterprise is substantiated. The results of the study provide recommendations on expanding the practice of using accounting outsourcing, in particular by increasing the trust of enterprises in outsourcing companies, and have a practical value for agricultural enterprises in regards of organizing the performance of accounting functions and outsourcing companies, for example, while developing a marketing policy for the promotion of services | Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю обґрунтування економічної вигідності для агропромислових підприємств застосування бухгалтерського аутсорсингу. Метою роботи є аналіз основних переваг делегування бухгалтерських функцій підприємства спеціалізованій компанії та доведення економічної доцільності аутсорсингу. Основу методологічного підходу складає: аналіз даних щодо рівня застосування аутсорсингу, метод середніх величин, метод порівняння, графічний метод, метод узагальнення. В межах статті було розкрито сутність, види, основні переваги та недоліки аутсорсингу та порівняно особливості організації робочого місця та оплати праці для штатного, позаштатного працівника та аутсорсингової компанії. Також було вивчено досвід США, Німеччини й Польщі та виокремлено підходи, які можна застосувати в Україні, а саме: закріплення у законодавстві порядку надання аутсорсингових послуг; оприлюднення аутсорсинговими компаніями інформації про клієнтів; визначення орієнтовного розміру фінансових витрат на утримання штатного працівника, що виконує обов’язки бухгалтера. У ході роботи було співставлено обсяги витрат на утримання бухгалтерської служби підприємства і на оплату за послуги аутсорсингової компанії та визначено розмір економічної вигідності від застосування бухгалтерського аутсорсингу, проаналізовано динаміки адміністративних витрат аграрних підприємств до та після передачі бухгалтерських функцій на аутсорсинг та обґрунтовано доцільність використання бухгалтерського аутсорсингу на підприємствах аграрної сфери як інструменту для зменшення адміністративних витрат і підвищення ефективності виконання бухгалтерських функцій на підприємстві. Результати дослідження надають пропозиції щодо розширення практики використання бухгалтерського аутсорсингу, зокрема шляхом підвищення довіри підприємств до аутсорсингових компаній, а також мають практичну значимість для аграрних підприємств при організації виконання бухгалтерських функцій та аутсорсингових компаній, наприклад, при розробці маркетингової політики просування послуг

Climate changes in recent decades have increased the degree of risks in crop production. The consequence of such processes is an increase in the temperature regime against the background of a significant moisture deficit in critical periods of plant growth and development. Accordingly, research aimed at establishing the adaptability of plants to such climatic changes is relevant and timely. The purpose of the research is to establish the principles of implementing the adaptive potential of new varieties of winter wheat of different types of development in the Steppe zone under the conditions of climate change. Records and their assessment were carried out according to the generally accepted methods of Ukrainian variety testing with mandatory statistical and dispersion analysis of the results of field experiments. The establishment of indicators of the stability of quantitative traits and plasticity was carried out using the Eberhard-Russell algorithm, which is based on a regression analysis of the dependence of the grain yield of winter wheat of different varieties on the environmental index. The results of the research established that universal type varieties with a stem length of 85-90 cm are the most suitable for irrigated and non-irrigated conditions. Regression analysis of the data on the plasticity and stability of the elements of the crop structure in different varieties of winter wheat proved that their variability directly depends on the genotype and ecological gradients. According to the results of the assessment of the adaptive potential, it was established that the parameters of plasticity (bi = 0.804-0.989) and yield (7.33-7.63 t/ha exceed the standard by 10.4-14.9%) showed winter wheat varieties of the universal type - Askaniyska, Askaniyska Bereginya, Perlyna, Znahidka Odeska, while Khersonska 99, Kirena, Yaroslavna, Kuyalnyk, etc. were characterized by an intensive type of development. Varieties of the universal type were more plastic and stable in the formation of ear productivity, compared to short and tall biotypes. The scientific significance of the research lies in the substantiation of scientific principles, practical recommendations for improving varietal agricultural technology of winter wheat, which had different genetic and ecological origins, in irrigated and non-irrigated conditions of the Steppe zone | Зміни клімату останніх десятиліть посилили ступінь ризиків у веденні рослинництва. Наслідком таких процесів є підвищення температурного режиму на фоні істотного дефіциту вологи в критичні періоди росту і розвитку рослин. Відповідно, дослідження спрямовані на встановлення пристосованості рослин до таких кліматичних змін є актуальними та своєчасними. Метою досліджень є встановлення принципів реалізації адаптивного потенціалу нових сортів пшениці озимої різних типів розвитку в зоні Степу за умов зміни клімату. Обліки та їх оцінку проводили відповідно загальноприйнятих методів українського сортовипробування з обов’язковим статистичним і дисперсійним аналізом результатів польових дослідів. Встановлення показників стабільності кількісних ознак і пластичності проводилося за допомогою алгоритму Еберхарда-Рассела, в основу якого покладено регресійний аналіз залежності врожайності зерна пшениці озимої різних сортів від індексу довкілля. Результатами досліджень встановлено, що для умов зрошення і без зрошення найбільш пристосовані сорти універсального типу з довжиною стебла 85-90 см. Регресійним аналізом даних пластичності і стабільності елементів структури врожаю у різних сортів пшениці озимої доведено, що їх мінливість має пряму залежить від генотипу та екологічних градієнтів. Відповідно результатів оцінки адаптивного потенціалу встановлено, що за параметрами пластичності (bi = 0.804-0.989) і врожайності (7.33-7.63 т/га перебільшення стандарту на 10.4-14.9%) показали сорти пшениці озимої універсального типу – Асканійська, Асканійська Берегиня, Перлина, Знахідка одеська, інтенсивним типом розвитку характеризувалися сорти Херсонська 99, Кірена, Ярославна, Куяльник та ін. Сорти універсального типу були більш пластичними і стабільними в формуванні продуктивності колоса, порівняно з низькорослими і високорослими біотипами. The agricultural sphere in Ukraine is one of the main spheres of activity and belongs to the priority components of the country's national security. However, at the current stage of development, this area operates with significant inconsistencies, and the products produced are not always competitive in foreign markets due to non-compliance with the quality standards of foreign countries. It is possible to improve the state of affairs in the direction of intensification of agricultural activity with the help of stimulating levers of the tax system. Because the high tax burden, which the multiplicity of taxes provides to business entities, reduces the amount of their financial resources, which could potentially be used to update production capacities, improve production technologies, and increase the level of its innovation, etc. In addition, indirect taxes, in particular value added tax (VAT), significantly increase the cost of manufactured products and reduce their competitiveness in domestic markets. Thus, the purpose of the article is to analyze the situation in agricultural production and determine the factors of its desired transformation in the sphere of functioning of the tax system in order to stimulate the promotion of the development of this industry. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the main indicators of the economic, social and fiscal efficiency of the functioning of enterprises in the agrarian sphere and to indicate potentially relevant directions of development of the studied industry from the point of view of the transformation of the tax system. The article examines the current state of functioning of agricultural production in Ukraine from the point of view of economic, social and fiscal efficiency. Current trends in the transformation of the tax system in the conditions of the transitional economy of Ukraine are presented, which in the near future and in the long term encourage the industry to qualitatively new development | Аграрна сфера в Україні є однією з основних сфер діяльності та належить до пріоритетних складових національної безпеки країни. Однак на теперішньому етапі розвитку ця царина працює зі значними невідповідностями, а продукція, що виробляється, не завжди є конкурентною на зовнішніх ринках в силу невідповідності стандартам якості іноземних держав. Покращити стан справ у напрямку активізації аграрної діяльності можна за допомогою стимулюючих важелів податкової системи. Оскільки високе податкове навантаження, яке надає суб’єктам господарювання множинність податків, зменшує кількість їх фінансових ресурсів, які потенційно могли б бути використані задля оновлення виробничих потужностей, удосконалення технологій виробництва та підвищення рівня його інноваційності тощо. Крім того, непрямі податки, зокрема податок на додану вартість (ПДВ), значно збільшують вартість виготовленої продукції і знижують рівень її конкурентоспроможності на внутрішніх ринках. Таким чином, метою статті є аналіз ситуації в аграрному виробництві та визначення факторів його бажаної трансформації у сфері функціонування податкової системи задля стимулювання сприяння розвитку даної галузі. Відтак, потрібно з’ясувати основні показники економічної, соціальної та фіскальної ефективності функціонування підприємств аграрної сфери й позначити потенційно актуальні напрями розвитку досліджуваної галузі зі сторони трансформації податкової системи. A powerful fodder base should be formed on an innovative basis, with the involvement of all necessary factors. In turn, this determines the proper functioning of the livestock industry. The aspect of forming a fodder base for improving the animal husbandry industry of Southern Ukraine and providing the population with high-quality food should be solved by conducting a study of the state of production of fodder crops, the structure of their crops, the release of nutrients from various types of fodder. The purpose of the article is to study the impact of structural changes in the sown areas of fodder crops in Ukraine and in the arid zones of the Southern Steppe, based on the example of the Mykolaiv region, on the provision of fodder to the cattle industry. To conduct the research, an analysis of data collected by civil servants of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine and the Main Department of Statistics in the Mykolaiv region over the past 20 years was carried out. The analysis of the information of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine for the period from 2000 to 2020 confirms that the highest increase in cultivated area was recorded in the country’s farms with technical crops. Their share in the structure of such areas was 15.4% in 2000, and by 2020 it was 17.4%. The article highlights the results of research into the state of production of the main fodder crops in Ukraine and its south (on the example of the Mykolaiv region) for the period 2000-2020.Changes in the structure of cultivated areas, a reduction in cultivated areas, which is due to a decrease in the number of cattle, are noted. The need for phytoremediation prompts the introduction of plants into the culture, which will not only have several directions of use of the obtained raw materials, but also contribute to the improvement of the soil and be a good precursor for the further successful cultivation of the following agricultural crops. It is known that essential oil crops activate the development of beneficial microbiota and prevent soil fatigue. The article presents the results of research on the allelopathic activity of plant parts of medicinal hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis L.) of the Marquis variety, taking into account age characteristics under conditions of climate change in Southern Ukraine. The aim of the work was to reveal the influence of allelopathic activity of aqueous extracts of leaves, stems and flowers of hyssop, soil in the rhizosphere zone and plant age on the growth of watercress roots. In the research process, empirical methods were used, in particular, an experiment. As a result of research carried out with the medicinal hyssop culture of the first, second and third years of vegetation on the basis of the experimental field of the Mykolaiv National Agrarian University during 2019-2021, the optimal concentration of water extracts of the culture with a stimulating effect was found. The dependence of the allelopathic activity of water-soluble biologically active substances of aerial organs of medicinal hyssop plants is shown, and the concentration of the solution, which causes an inhibitory effect, is revealed. Thus, the highest allelopathic activity was noted on the variant using hyssop flowers of medicinal plants of the second year of vegetation in a concentration of 1:10. Aqueous solutions of the soil layer of the root system where medicinal hyssop plants grew in the third year of vegetation have an inhibitory effect on the linear growth of watercress roots. It was the largest in the leaf + stem variant at a concentration of the aqueous solution of 1:10. This suggests that it is necessary to use the culture of medicinal hyssop in crop rotation carefully taking into account its ontogenesis features. Відомо, що ефіроолійні культури активізують розвиток корисної мікробіоти та запобігають ґрунтовтомі. В статті наведено результати досліджень впливу на алелопатичну активність частин рослин гісопу лікарського (Hyssopus officinalis L.) сорту Маркіз з врахуванням вікових особливостей в умовах змін клімату півдня України. Метою роботи було виявити вплив алелопатичної активності водних екстрактів листків, стебел та квіток гісопу, ґрунту у зоні ризосфери та віку рослин на ріст коренів крес-салату. У процесі дослідження використовувалися емпіричні методи, зокрема, експеримент. В результаті проведених досліджень з культурою гісопу лікарського першого, другого та третього років вегетації на базі дослідного поля Миколаївського національного аграрного університету впродовж 2019-2021 років виявлено оптимальну концентрацію водних екстрактів культури зі стимулюючим ефектом. Показана залежність алелопатичної активності водорозчинних біологічно активних речовин надземних органів рослин гісопу лікарського і виявлено концентрацію розчину, яка визиває інгібуючий ефект. Так, найбільш висока алелопатична активність відмічалась на варіанті з використанням квіток гісопу лікарського рослин другого року вегетації в концентрації 1:10. Водні розчини шару ґрунту кореневої системи, де зростали рослини гісопу лікарського третього року вегетації, мають інгібуючий ефект на лінійний приріст коренів крес-салату. Найбільшою вона була у варіанті листок + стебло при концентрації водного розчину 1:10. Це говорить про те, що необхідно використовувати культуру гісопу лікарського в сівозміні обережно враховуючи її особливості онтогенезу. Отримані результати матимуть практичне застосування у підприємствах різних форм власності, які будуть мати бажання вирощувати культуру гісопу лікарського та використовувати його в структурі сівозміни

Sunflower requires a sufficient amount of nutrients for growth and development. Therefore, it is important to determine the impact of sunflower cultivation on the soil nutrient regime, taking into account the frequency of its return to the previous place. The aim of the study was to determine the influence of the share of sunflower in short rotation crop rotations on the soil nutrient regime. The research was conducted at the experimental field of the Kharkiv V.V. Dokuchaev National Agrarian University, which is located in the Left-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. The research and accounting were carried out on typical heavy loamy chernozem in accordance with generally accepted methods. The experimental scheme included five-field crop rotations with sunflower saturation of 0, 20, 40 and 60%. The research results show that an increase in the share of sunflower in short rotation crop rotations does not lead to a deterioration in the nutrient regime of the topsoil. There was no significant difference between the variants in the content of nutrients. The most supplied with nutrients was the topsoil in the control variant (crop rotation without sunflower). With an increase in the share of sunflower in crop rotations, the amount of nutrients in the tilth layer of soil decreased slightly. Regardless of the studied crop rotation options, the availability of easily hydrolysable nitrogen was low, mobile phosphorus was average, and exchangeable potassium was high. Increasing the share of sunflower in short rotation crop rotations led to a decrease in the yield of the crop itself. The yield of sunflower seeds was at the same level in the variants with 20 and 40%. There is a close relationship between sunflower yield and its saturation, which significantly depends on the soil nutrient regime. The yield level is most affected by the content of phosphorus and potassium in the topsoil. The correlation is 0.91 and 0.98, respectively. The practical value of this study is due to the possibility of using the obtained results to justify the feasibility of increasing the share of sunflower in the structure of crop rotations | Для росту і розвитку соняшнику необхідна достатня кількість поживних речовин. Тому встановлення впливу вирощування соняшнику на поживний режим ґрунту, з урахуванням частоти його повернення на попереднє місце є актуальним. Метою роботи було визначити вплив частки соняшнику у короткоротаційних сівозмінах на поживний режим ґрунту. Дослідження проводилися на дослідному полі Харківського національного аграрного університету ім. В.В. Докучаєва, яке розташоване в Лівобережному Лісостепу України. Дослідження та обліки були проведені на чорноземі типову важкосуглинковому згідно загальноприйнятих методик. Схема досліду передбачала п’ятипільні сівозміни із насиченням соняшнику 0, 20, 40 і 60 %. Результати досліджень свідчать, що збільшення частки соняшнику в короткоротаційних сівозмінах не призводить до погіршення поживного режиму орного шару ґрунту. Не виявлено суттєвої різниця між варіантами у вмісті елементів живлення. Найбільш забезпеченим поживними елементами був орний шар ґрунту у контрольному варіанті (сівозміна без соняшнику). З підвищенням частки соняшнику у сівозмінах, кількість елементів живлення в орному шарі ґрунту дещо знижувалася. Незалежно від досліджуваних варіантів сівозмін, забезпеченість легкогідролізним азотом була низькою, рухомим фосфором – середньою, обмінним калієм – підвищеною. Збільшення частки соняшнику в короткоротаційних сівозмінах призвело до зниження врожайності самої культури. Урожайність насіння соняшнику знаходилася на одному рівні у варіантах із частками 20 % та 40 %. Відмічено тісний зв’язок між урожайністю соняшнику та його насиченням, що значно залежить від поживного режиму ґрунту. Найбільше на рівень врожаю впливає вміст в орному шарі ґрунту фосфору та калію. При цьому кореляційний зв’язок становить 0,91 та 0,98 відповідно.
