The introduction of new crops to agrophytocenoses, to which Crocus sativus belongs, should be preceded by research into their ecological safety and place in crop rotation. When harvesting raw materials for obtaining saffron, up to 90% of by-products remain, which during decomposition can have a negative effect on the soil and indirectly on the plants that are grown after saffron. Therefore, the aim of the research was to study the allelopathic activity of water-soluble and volatile secretions of Crocus sativus flowers in the agroclimatic conditions of the Northern Black Sea region. The research was conducted in 2021 according to the generally accepted methodology, freshly picked flowers were used, from which individual elements were extracted, and flowers of different stages of flowering. The following research methods were used: field, laboratory, computational and statistical. The results of the research established that the water-soluble secretions of Crocus sativus flowers and their parts stimulate the energy of germination and inhibit the growth of one-day seedlings of Lactuca sativum. Water-soluble secretions of Crocus sativus flowers have a negative allelopathic effect. The index of allelopathic activity under the action of water-soluble secretions of flowers ranges from -0.26 for a flower with all parts to -0.01 for petals. The highest stimulating effect of volatile secretions on the growth of Lactuca sativum roots and the allelopathic activity index value is characteristic of the flower that has just bloomed and the stamens, and the lowest - for the pistils. The allelopathic activity of the volatile secretions of Crocus sativus flower parts is set at the level of 6.4 (pistil) and 28.8% (stamens). Substances that inhibit the germination of Lactuca sativum roots are found mainly in the stamens. It was determined that the volatile secretions of Crocus sativus flower parts reduce the energy of seed germination of the test plant. The practical value of the research is that the results of the research can be used when determining the place of the crop in crop rotation and the duration of its cultivation in one field | Введенню в агрофітоценози нових культур, до яких належить Crocus sativus, повинні передувати дослідження їх екологічної безпечності та місця в сівозміні. При збиранні сировини для отримання шафрану залишається до 90% побічних продуктів, які при розкладанні можуть негативно впливати на ґрунт і опосередковано на рослини, які вирощуються після шафрану. Тому метою досліджень було вивчення алелопатичної активності водорозчинних та летких виділень квіток Crocus sativus в агрокліматичних умовах Північного Причорномор’я. Дослідження проводили у 2021 р. за загальноприйнятою методикою, використовували свіжозібрані квітки, з яких вилучали окремі елементи, та квітки різного ступеню квітування. Використовували такі методи досліджень: польовий, лабораторний, розрахунковий та статистичний. Результатами досліджень встановлено, що водорозчинні виділення квіток Crocus sativus та їх частин стимулюють енергію проростання та пригнічують приріст однодобових проростків Lactuca sativum. Водорозчинні виділення квіток Crocus sativus мають негативну алелопатичну дію. Індекс алелопатичної активності за дії водорозчинних виділень квіток знаходиться в межах від -0,26 для квітки з усіма частинами до -0,01 для пелюсток. Найвища стимулююча дія летких виділень на приріст коренів Lactuca sativum та значення індексу алелопатичної активності характерна для квітки, яка щойно розквітла, та тичинок, а найменша – для маточок. Алелопатична активність летких виділень частин квітки Crocus sativus встановлена на рівні 6,4 (маточка) та 28,8% (тичинки). Речовини, які інгібують проростання коренів Lactuca sativum знаходяться переважно в тичинках. Визначено, що леткі виділення частин квітки Crocus sativus знижуюють енергію проростання насіння тест-рослини. Практична цінність досліджень, полягає в тому, що результати досліджень можуть бути використані під час визначення місця культури в сівозміні і тривалості вирощування її на одному полі

Market transformations modify the development of the agricultural sector and the possibility of uninterrupted operation in a market environment. At the same time, the subjects of the agricultural sector are subject to the potential destructive impact of risks that may threaten the profitability, solvency and have negative consequences for consumers of agricultural products. Under such conditions, strengthening the economic security of the agricultural sector is the basic principle of economic development. However, in the context of market transformations, there is a need to deepen research to assess the market component of economic security, as the latter is designed to protect against market errors, shortcomings in product and sales policy, as well as incorrect choice of pricing strategy. The research used methods: monographic, logical modeling, calculation-constructive, graphic, dynamic analysis, etc. The purpose of the article is to study the level of the market component of economic security of the agricultural sector and identify areas for ensuring its optimal level. An analysis of indicators and factors influencing the market component of the economic security of subjects of the agrarian sector was carried out. It was established that the level of the market component of economic security of subjects of the agrarian sector of the national economy and subjects of the agrarian sector of the Mykolaiv region during 2016-2020 was low. It is proven that increasing the level of the market component requires the subjects of the agrarian sector to develop and implement directions for improving the mechanism of managing the market component of economic security. An assessment of the level of the market component of the economic security of the subjects of the agricultural sector was carried out using the PESTEL-analysis based on expert assessments, and it was established that in the block of threats, the greatest number of points are economic (unstable exchange rate, difficulty of entering the market, “tinization” of the economy) and legal (insufficient legal justification of the market component of economic security) factors. Such threats are successfully leveled, as the change in the characteristics of doing business, the introduction of initiatives to stimulate access to markets, as well as the development of the legal framework for the market component of economic security will contribute to the transformation of threats into opportunities for growth | Ринкові трансформації модифікують розвиток аграрного сектору та можливість безперебійної роботи у ринковому середовищі. При цьому суб’єкти аграрного сектору підпадають під потенційний деструктивний вплив ризиків, які можуть загрожувати рентабельності діяльності, платоспроможності та мати негативні наслідки для споживачів аграрної продукції. За таких умов зміцнення економічної безпеки аграрного сектору є базовою засадою розвитку господарюючих суб’єктів. Проте, в умовах ринкових трансформацій, виникає потреба поглиблення досліджень щодо оцінки ринкової складової економічної безпеки, оскільки остання покликана захищати від помилок поведінки на ринку, недоліків у товарній та збутовій політиці, а також невірного вибору стратегії ціноутворення. У дослідженні використано методи: монографічний, логічного моделювання, розрахунковоконструктивний, графічний, динамічного аналізу та ін. Метою статті є вивчення рівня ринкової складової економічної безпеки суб’єктів аграрного сектору та визначення напрямів щодо забезпечення оптимального її рівня. Здійснено аналіз показників та чинників впливу на ринкову складову економічної безпеки суб’єктів аграрного сектору. Встановлено, що рівень ринкової складової економічної безпеки суб’єктів аграрного сектору національної економіки та суб’єктів аграрного сектору Миколаївської області протягом 2016–2020 рр. був низьким. Доведено, що підвищення рівня ринкової складової вимагає від суб’єктів аграрного сектору розробки та реалізації напрямів вдосконалення механізму управління ринковою складовою економічної безпеки. Проведено оцінку рівня ринкової складової економічної безпеки суб’єктів аграрного сектору із застосуванням PESTEL-аналізу на основі експертних оцінок, та встановлено, що у блоці загроз найбільшу кількість балів мають економічні (нестабільний валютний курс, складність виходу на ринок, «тінізація» економіки) та правові (недостатнє законодавче обґрунтування ринкової складової економічної безпеки) фактори. Такі загрози вдало нівелюються, оскільки зміна особливостей ведення бізнесу, запровадження ініціатив стимулювання доступу до ринків, а також розроблення законодавчої основи ринкової складової економічної безпеки сприятимуть переходу загроз у можливості до зростання

The use of methods of marker-associated selection opens up new perspectives in the context of maximum realization of the productive potential of animals, which makes the issue of the application of modern scientific approaches in animal husbandry particularly relevant. Considering this, the analysis of the productive qualities of cattle with different genotypes according to the set of candidate genes is one of the most urgent tasks of animal genetics and breeding. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the productive qualities of cows of the Ukrainian red-spotted dairy breed with different genotypes according to the TLR1, SLC11A1 and CSN2 loci. Genotyping of cattle individuals was performed using the PCR-RFLP method for TLR1 and SLC11A1 and AS-PCR for CSN2. The analysis of productive qualities of animals was carried out by comparing the parameters of three lactations for each group of animals according to the indicators of average milk yield for 305 days of lactation (kg), protein content in milk (%) and milk fat content (%). The study was carried out on the basis of previously obtained results of individual typing of individuals according to research loci. According to the results of studies conducted in the experimental population of cows for the toll-like receptor 1 (TLR1) locus for the first and third lactations, the dominant values of the yield index are characteristic of homozygotes with the GG genotype, while for the second lactation the highest values of yield are observed for homozygous individuals for allele A. At the same time, a probable difference between the indicators of individuals with different genotypes was not established.No significant difference between the groups of cows with the studied genotypes in the parameters of fat and protein content in milk by the TLR1 locus was also found. SLC11A1 is characterized by a characteristic difference from the previous gene, as two mutations forming haplotypes – CC-AA, СG-AA and CG-AT out of nine potentially possible variants were found in this locus. According to indicators of milk productivity, animals with the СG-AA haplotype had higher values of milk compared to other haplotypes during all three lactations (the difference is probable). The greatest differences were observed with the CG-AT haplotype. According to the indicators of the content of milk protein and fat, no probable differences between individuals with different haplotypes were established. The variability of signs for all lactations was at a low level. As for the beta-casein locus, according to the results of the conducted research, no significant difference in the indicators of milk productivity of cows with different genotypes was found. The highest confidence values are characteristic of individuals with the A1A1 genotype, however, the difference with individuals with other genotypes is unlikely. In any case, the A2 allele, according to the value of the indicators of homozygous individuals (genotype A2A2), does not have a negative effect on the parameters of milk productivity of animals | Застосування методів маркер-асоційованої селекції відкриває нові перспективи в контексті максимальної реалізації продуктивного потенціалу тварин, що робить питання застосування сучасних наукових підходів у тваринництві особливо актуальним. З огляду на це, аналіз продуктивних якостей особин великої рогатої худоби з різними генотипами за сукупністю генів-кандидатів належить до одного з найактуальніших завдань генетики і селекції тварин. Отже, мета даного дослідження, – провести аналіз продуктивних якостей корів української червоно-рябої молочної породи з різними генотипами за локусами TLR1, SLC11A1 та CSN2. Генотипування особин ВРХ проводили за використання методу PCR-RFLP для TLR1 та SLC11A1 і AS-PCR для CSN2. Аналіз продуктивних якостей тварин проводили за рахунок порівняння параметрів трьох лактацій для кожної групи тварин за показниками середнього надою за 305 днів лактації (кг), вмісту білка в молоці (%) та жирномолочності (%). Дослідження проведено на основі отриманих раніше результатів індивідуального типування особин за дослідними локусами. За результатами проведених досліджень у дослідній популяції корів за локусом толлподібного рецептора 1 (TLR1) для першої та третьої лактацій домінуючі значення показнику надою характерні для гомозигот з генотипом GG, у той час, як для другої лактації найбільші значення надою спостерігаються для гомозиготних особин за алелем A. При цьому вірогідної різниці між показниками особин з різними генотипами не встановлено. Значної різниці між групами корів з досліджуваними генотипами за показниками вмісту жиру та білка в молоці за локусом TLR1 також не виявлено. Для SLC11A1 властива характерна відмінність від попереднього гену, оскільки в цьому локусі виявлено дві мутації, що формують гаплотипи – СС-АА, СG-АА та CG-AT із дев’яти потенційно можливих варіантів. За показниками молочної продуктивності тварини з гаплотипом СG-АА мали більші значення надою порівняно з іншими гаплотипами протягом всіх трьох лактацій (різниця вірогідна). Найбільші відмінності спостерігали з гаплотипом CG-AT. За показниками вмісту молочного білка та жиру вірогідних відмінностей між особинами з різними гаплотипами не встановлено. Варіативність ознак для всіх лактацій перебувала на низькому рівні. Що стосується локусу бета-казеїну, за результатами проведених досліджень значної різниці в показниках молочної продуктивності корів з різними генотипами не виявлено. Найвищі значення надою притаманні для особин з генотипом A1A1, проте, різниця з особинами з іншими генотипами не є вірогідною. У будь-якому випадку, алель A2, за значенням показників гомозиготних особин (генотип A2A2), не проявляє негативного впливу на параметри молочної продуктивності тварин

The article is devoted to the problems of digitalization of accounting in the agricultural sector of Ukraine as the main element of modernization of business processes in the conditions of digitalization. Accordingly, the issue of using modern accounting tools for agricultural enterprises, which largely depends on the implementation of the scenario of digital development of rural areas of Ukraine, in particular, the development of digital infrastructure, is gaining relevance. The purpose of the article is to investigate the current trends in the digitisation of the accounting of agricultural enterprises and their impact on the management of business processes in today’s conditions. The research uses the dialectical method of cognition and general scientific techniques and principles of complex research, which include empirical, theoretical-cognitive and general logical methods, in particular: observation, comparison, description, generalization; analysis, synthesis, analogy and abstraction; systematic approach; monographic; comparative analysis. The article examines the benefits of using information technologies in the activities of enterprises in the agrarian sector and identifies factors that slow down the process of its transformation. It was established that the development of an agricultural enterprise based on the digitalization of management processes requires a significant amount of time for implementation, which is associated with making significant investments in the acquisition and support of technologies, as well as training employees in new professional skills. The innovations of the modern information space that can be used in the business environment for the digital transformation of business, in particular for the purpose of productive organization of accounting processes, are considered. The generalized results and formulated conclusions can be applied in the practical activities of Ukrainian agricultural enterprises in the context of the use of the formed information base of technologies, online services, specialized applications for the digitalization of accounting processes, reporting, taxation, as well as the determination of critical factors for slowing down the use of digital technologies, which will contribute to the overall transformation business processes of economic entities of the agro-industrial complex | Статтю присвячено проблемам цифровізації бухгалтерського обліку в аграрному секторі України як основного елемента модернізації бізнес-процесів в умовах діджиталізації. Відповідно набувають актуальності питання використання сучасного інструментарію бухгалтерського обліку аграрних підприємств, що в більшій мірі залежить від реалізації сценарію цифрового розвитку сільських територій України, зокрема розвитку цифрової інфраструктури. Мета статті – дослідити сучасні тенденції цифровізації обліку підприємств аграрної галузі та їх вплив на управління бізнес-процесами в умовах сьогодення. У дослідженні використано діалектичний метод пізнання та загальнонаукові прийоми і принципи комплексних досліджень, які включають емпіричні, теоретико-когнітивні та загальні логічні методи, зокрема: спостереження, порівняння, опис, узагальнення; аналіз, синтез, аналогію і абстрагування; системний підхід; монографічний; порівняльного аналізу. У статті досліджено вигоди від використання інформаційних технологій у діяльності підприємств аграрного сектору та визначено чинники, які уповільнюють процес його трансформації. Встановлено, що розвиток аграрного підприємства на основі цифровізації управлінських процесів потребує значної кількості часу для впровадження, що пов’язано з вкладенням суттєвих інвестицій у придбання та супровід технологій, а також навчання співробітників новим професійним навичкам. Розглянуто новації сучасного інформаційного простору, що можуть бути використані у бізнес-середовищі задля цифрової трансформації бізнесу, зокрема з метою продуктивної організації облікових процесів. The article is devoted to the formation of the post-war model of development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine. The topicality of the topic consists in determining the means of restoration and further development of the agro-industrial complex with appropriate justification of the proposed model, which will contribute to solving the problems of providing food to Ukrainian and foreign consumers. Considering the specifics of the research, the main method was chosen to be systematic, which ensures the complexity of the research. Along with it, the methods of comparisons, formalization, and economic analysis were used, which make it possible to supplement and expand the scope of the research to obtain a scientifically based result. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the prognosticfinancial concept of the restoration model of the agricultural industry of Ukraine in the post-war period. The article analyzes the pre-war state of the agro-industrial complex according to the main criteria and reveals the reasons for inefficient use of its potential. A comparison of the efficiency of agricultural production based on the indicator of added value was made in Ukraine with such countries as Poland, Brazil, Germany, France, where Ukraine was found to be significantly behind. It is also emphasized that a small share of Ukrainian agricultural raw materials is sent to industrial processing, which significantly reduces the amount of added value. Taking into account the importance of the influence of external environmental factors on the functioning of the agro-industrial potential at the present time, an analytical justification of this influence in cost calculation is provided. Using the system method, an algorithm for the development of the specified model was proposed, the hierarchy and structure of the development of this complex were substantiated, six principles were determined, scientific approaches were developed for the formation of a prognostic model of the post-war development of the specified complex in experimental and working versions, and the conditions for its implementation were highlighted. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the development of theoretical provisions, which together made it possible to propose a predictive model of the development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine in the post-war period, which will contribute to the restoration and further development of the entire specified complex with sustainable provision of national food security | Стаття присвячена формуванню післявоєнної моделі розвитку агропромислового комплексу України. Актуальність теми полягає у визначенні засобів відновлення та подальшого розвитку агропромислового комплексу з відповідним обґрунтуванням пропонованої моделі, що сприятиме вирішенню проблем забезпечення продовольством українських та зарубіжних споживачів. Зважаючи на специфіку дослідження, основним методом вибрано системний, що забезпечує комплексність виконання дослідження. Поряд із ним використано методи порівнянь, формалізації, економічного аналізу, які дають змогу доповнити та розширити обсяги дослідження для отримання науково обґрунтованого результату. Метою статті є обґрунтування прогностично-фінансового концепту відновлювальної моделі АПК України у післявоєнний період. У статті проаналізовано передвоєнний стан агропромислового комплексу за основними критеріями та виявлено причини неефективного використання його потенціалу. Здійснено порівняння ефективності сільськогосподарського виробництва за показником доданої вартості в Україні із такими країнами як Польща, Бразилія, Німеччина, Франція, де було виявлено суттєве відставання України. Також наголошено на незначній частці української сільськогосподарської сировини, яка направляється на промислову переробку, що значно знижує обсяги добавленої вартості. Зважаючи на важливість впливу чинників зовнішнього середовища у теперішній час на функціонування агропромислового потенціалу, подано аналітичне обґрунтування цього впливу у вартісному обчисленні. Використовуючи системний метод, запропоновано алгоритм розробки зазначеної моделі, обґрунтовано ієрархію та структуру розвитку цього комплексу, визначено шість принципів, розроблено наукові підходи щодо формування прогностичної моделі післявоєнного розвитку зазначеного комплексу у експериментальному і робочих варіантах та висвітлено умови її впровадження. Наукова новизна статті полягає у розробці теоретичних положень, які в сукупності дали змогу запропонувати прогностичну модель розвитку агропромислового комплексу України у післявоєнний період, що буде сприяти відновленню та подальшому розвиткові всього зазначеного комплексу із стійким забезпеченням національної продовольчої безпеки

Climate changes in recent decades have increased the degree of risks in crop production. The consequence of such processes is an increase in the temperature regime against the background of a significant moisture deficit in critical periods of plant growth and development. Accordingly, research aimed at establishing the adaptability of plants to such climatic changes is relevant and timely. The purpose of the research is to establish the principles of implementing the adaptive potential of new varieties of winter wheat of different types of development in the Steppe zone under the conditions of climate change. Records and their assessment were carried out according to the generally accepted methods of Ukrainian variety testing with mandatory statistical and dispersion analysis of the results of field experiments. The establishment of indicators of the stability of quantitative traits and plasticity was carried out using the Eberhard-Russell algorithm, which is based on a regression analysis of the dependence of the grain yield of winter wheat of different varieties on the environmental index. The results of the research established that universal type varieties with a stem length of 85-90 cm are the most suitable for irrigated and non-irrigated conditions. Regression analysis of the data on the plasticity and stability of the elements of the crop structure in different varieties of winter wheat proved that their variability directly depends on the genotype and ecological gradients. According to the results of the assessment of the adaptive potential, it was established that the parameters of plasticity (bi = 0.804-0.989) and yield (7.33-7.63 t/ha exceed the standard by 10.4-14.9%) showed winter wheat varieties of the universal type - Askaniyska, Askaniyska Bereginya, Perlyna, Znahidka Odeska, while Khersonska 99, Kirena, Yaroslavna, Kuyalnyk, etc. were characterized by an intensive type of development. Varieties of the universal type were more plastic and stable in the formation of ear productivity, compared to short and tall biotypes. The scientific significance of the research lies in the substantiation of scientific principles, practical recommendations for improving varietal agricultural technology of winter wheat, which had different genetic and ecological origins, in irrigated and non-irrigated conditions of the Steppe zone | Зміни клімату останніх десятиліть посилили ступінь ризиків у веденні рослинництва. Наслідком таких процесів є підвищення температурного режиму на фоні істотного дефіциту вологи в критичні періоди росту і розвитку рослин. Відповідно, дослідження спрямовані на встановлення пристосованості рослин до таких кліматичних змін є актуальними та своєчасними. Метою досліджень є встановлення принципів реалізації адаптивного потенціалу нових сортів пшениці озимої різних типів розвитку в зоні Степу за умов зміни клімату. Обліки та їх оцінку проводили відповідно загальноприйнятих методів українського сортовипробування з обов’язковим статистичним і дисперсійним аналізом результатів польових дослідів. Встановлення показників стабільності кількісних ознак і пластичності проводилося за допомогою алгоритму Еберхарда-Рассела, в основу якого покладено регресійний аналіз залежності врожайності зерна пшениці озимої різних сортів від індексу довкілля. Результатами досліджень встановлено, що для умов зрошення і без зрошення найбільш пристосовані сорти універсального типу з довжиною стебла 85-90 см. Регресійним аналізом даних пластичності і стабільності елементів структури врожаю у різних сортів пшениці озимої доведено, що їх мінливість має пряму залежить від генотипу та екологічних градієнтів. Відповідно результатів оцінки адаптивного потенціалу встановлено, що за параметрами пластичності (bi = 0.804-0.989) і врожайності (7.33-7.63 т/га перебільшення стандарту на 10.4-14.9%) показали сорти пшениці озимої універсального типу – Асканійська, Асканійська Берегиня, Перлина, Знахідка одеська, інтенсивним типом розвитку характеризувалися сорти Херсонська 99, Кірена, Ярославна, Куяльник та ін. Сорти універсального типу були більш пластичними і стабільними в формуванні продуктивності колоса, порівняно з низькорослими і високорослими біотипами. The need for phytoremediation prompts the introduction of plants into the culture, which will not only have several directions of use of the obtained raw materials, but also contribute to the improvement of the soil and be a good precursor for the further successful cultivation of the following agricultural crops. It is known that essential oil crops activate the development of beneficial microbiota and prevent soil fatigue. The article presents the results of research on the allelopathic activity of plant parts of medicinal hyssop (Hyssopus officinalis L.) of the Marquis variety, taking into account age characteristics under conditions of climate change in Southern Ukraine. The aim of the work was to reveal the influence of allelopathic activity of aqueous extracts of leaves, stems and flowers of hyssop, soil in the rhizosphere zone and plant age on the growth of watercress roots. In the research process, empirical methods were used, in particular, an experiment. As a result of research carried out with the medicinal hyssop culture of the first, second and third years of vegetation on the basis of the experimental field of the Mykolaiv National Agrarian University during 2019-2021, the optimal concentration of water extracts of the culture with a stimulating effect was found. The dependence of the allelopathic activity of water-soluble biologically active substances of aerial organs of medicinal hyssop plants is shown, and the concentration of the solution, which causes an inhibitory effect, is revealed. Thus, the highest allelopathic activity was noted on the variant using hyssop flowers of medicinal plants of the second year of vegetation in a concentration of 1:10. Aqueous solutions of the soil layer of the root system where medicinal hyssop plants grew in the third year of vegetation have an inhibitory effect on the linear growth of watercress roots. It was the largest in the leaf + stem variant at a concentration of the aqueous solution of 1:10. This suggests that it is necessary to use the culture of medicinal hyssop in crop rotation carefully taking into account its ontogenesis features. Відомо, що ефіроолійні культури активізують розвиток корисної мікробіоти та запобігають ґрунтовтомі. В статті наведено результати досліджень впливу на алелопатичну активність частин рослин гісопу лікарського (Hyssopus officinalis L.) сорту Маркіз з врахуванням вікових особливостей в умовах змін клімату півдня України. Метою роботи було виявити вплив алелопатичної активності водних екстрактів листків, стебел та квіток гісопу, ґрунту у зоні ризосфери та віку рослин на ріст коренів крес-салату. У процесі дослідження використовувалися емпіричні методи, зокрема, експеримент. В результаті проведених досліджень з культурою гісопу лікарського першого, другого та третього років вегетації на базі дослідного поля Миколаївського національного аграрного університету впродовж 2019-2021 років виявлено оптимальну концентрацію водних екстрактів культури зі стимулюючим ефектом. Показана залежність алелопатичної активності водорозчинних біологічно активних речовин надземних органів рослин гісопу лікарського і виявлено концентрацію розчину, яка визиває інгібуючий ефект. Так, найбільш висока алелопатична активність відмічалась на варіанті з використанням квіток гісопу лікарського рослин другого року вегетації в концентрації 1:10. Водні розчини шару ґрунту кореневої системи, де зростали рослини гісопу лікарського третього року вегетації, мають інгібуючий ефект на лінійний приріст коренів крес-салату. Найбільшою вона була у варіанті листок + стебло при концентрації водного розчину 1:10. Це говорить про те, що необхідно використовувати культуру гісопу лікарського в сівозміні обережно враховуючи її особливості онтогенезу. Отримані результати матимуть практичне застосування у підприємствах різних форм власності, які будуть мати бажання вирощувати культуру гісопу лікарського та використовувати його в структурі сівозміни

Maritime transportation is the essence of the international economy. Today, about ninety percent of world trade is carried out by sea through 50,000 merchant ships. Most of these vessels are powered by mainline diesel engines due to their reliability and fuel efficiency. Reliability of system elements in general depends on random failures, significant wear during operation, additional wear during start-up. Accidental damage to diesel engine components is a major hazard during operation, as some parts (such as cylinder liners and pistons) are usually replaced during repairs. On the other hand, preventive service does not eliminate random malfunctions. Therefore, in the general problem of assessing the reliability of a diesel engine, there is a mathematical problem of assessing the reliability and durability, taking into account only the random failures of its elements, which are of the greatest practical importance. The purpose of the work is a mathematical study of the reliability of parts of the cylinder-piston group of the main engines of dry cargo ships. Using a systematic approach and a probabilistic statistical method, it was established that the most common and difficult case is the simultaneous action on a system element (for example, a cylinder sleeve) of factors that cause wear during the period of operation (including during the start-up period) and accidental failures. It was determined that the quality of the cylinder-piston system in ships of the "Ostriv Rosiyskiy" type is higher than in the ships of the "Simferopol" and "Murom" types. Empirical formulas for estimating the probability of emergency failure of main engine system elements during the period of operation between factory repairs were obtained, where the main danger during the period of operation was carried by accidental failures. Based on the results of the study, it is possible to establish a schedule for the periodicity of maintenance of the ship's main engine and the cost of losses due to ship downtime due to failures, and can also be used in the reliability study of other types of ship's main engines. The results make it possible to determine the reliability of the parts of the cylinder-piston group of the main engines of dry cargo ships. and, in particular, to establish the maintenance schedule of the ship's main engine and the cost of damages due to ship downtime due to failures, and can also be used in the study of the reliability of other types of main engines of other series of ships | Морські перевезення є суттю міжнародної економіки. Сьогодні близько дев’яноста відсотків світової торгівлі здійснюється морським транспортом через 50000 торгових суден. Більшість цих суден приводиться в рух головними дизельними двигунами завдяки їх надійності та паливній ефективності. Надійність елементів системи в загальному випадку залежить від випадкових відмов, значного зносу в процесі експлуатації, додаткового зносу при пуску. Випадкова поломка компонентів дизельного двигуна є великою небезпекою під час експлуатації, оскільки деякі деталі (наприклад, втулки циліндрів і поршні) зазвичай замінюються під час ремонту. З іншого боку, профілактична служба не усуває випадкові несправності. Тому в загальній проблемі оцінки надійності дизеля – математична задача оцінки надійності і довговічності з урахуванням тільки випадкових відмов її елементів, що мають найбільше практичне значення. Метою роботи є математичне дослідження надійності деталей циліндро-поршневої групи головних двигунів суховантажних суден. Використовуючи системний підхід та ймовірносно-статистичний метод, було встановлено, що найбільш загальним і важким є випадок одночасної дії на елемент системи (наприклад на гільзу циліндра) факторів, що викликають зноси в період експлуатації (в тому числі в період пусків) і випадкові відмови. Визначено, що якість циліндро-поршневої системи у суден типу «Острів російський» вища, ніж у суден типу «Сімферополь» і «Муром». Отримано емпіричні формули оцінки ймовірності аварійної відмови елементів системи головних двигунів за період експлуатації між заводськими ремонтами, де основну небезпеку в період роботи несли випадкові відмови. За результатами дослідження можна встановити графік періодичності проведення технічного обслуговування головного суднового двигуна та вартість збитків простоїв судна внаслідок відмов, а також можуть бути використані при дослідженні надійності інших типів суднових головних двигунів. Результати дають можливість визначити надійність роботи деталей циліндро-поршневої групи головних двигунів суховантажних суден. і, зокрема, встановити графік проведення технічного обслуговування головного суднового двигуна та вартість збитків внаслідок простоїв судна через відмови, а також можуть бути використані при дослідженні надійності інших типів головних двигунів інших серій суден

Solving the problems of food security of those that already exist and those that await us in the near future lies in the formation of a food security system on the basis of sustainable development of agricultural land use. Theoretical and practical aspects of the research problem are carried out by domestic scientists, mainly in two separate areas: food security and sustainable development of agricultural land use. The World Scientific Society pays considerable attention to this problem, but they are distinguished by a practical orientation for a particular region, which often makes it impossible to implement such scientific achievements in Ukraine. In order to develop the Food Security Program on the basis of sustainable development of agricultural land use in Ukraine, an appropriate theoretical and methodological basis is needed, which was determined by the purpose of our study. As a result of the study, the following results were obtained. First, a logical and semantic model of the methodology of food security formation on the basis of sustainable development of agricultural land use, which includes organizational, economic and environmental prerequisites for the transition of modern land use to a model of sustainable development. Secondly, the provisions and directions of implementation of the relevant Concept, based on the historical and socio-economic preconditions of food security, have been formed and includes the following components: purpose; historical and social preconditions; monitoring and evaluation system; assessment of compliance of the level of food security; mechanism for implementing the Concept; target directions and main tasks; expected results. Areas of implementation of the Concept, tools and mechanisms for implementing the model of food security on the basis of sustainable development of agricultural land use on the one hand are fully consistent with the global objectives of 2nd Sustainable Development Goals (zero hunger), and on the other – take into account national characteristics | Вирішення проблем продовольчого забезпечення тих, які вже наявні, та тих, які очікують нас у найближчій перспективі, лежить у площині формування системи продовольчого забезпечення на засадах сталого розвитку сільськогосподарського землекористування. Світове наукове товариство приділяє значну увагу визначеній проблемі, проте їх відрізняє практична спрямованість для певного регіону, що часто унеможливлює імплементацію таких наукових здобутків в Україні. Для вироблення Програми продовольчої безпеки на засадах сталого розвитку сільськогосподарського землекористування в Україні необхідним є відповідне теоретико-методологічне підґрунтя, що було визначено метою нашого дослідження. В результаті проведеного дослідження отримано наступні результати. По-перше, розроблено логічно-смислову модель методології формування продовольчої безпеки на засадах сталого розвитку сільськогосподарського землекористування, що включає організаційноекономічні та екологічні передумови переходу сучасного землекористування на модель стійкого розвитку. По-друге, сформовано положення і напрями реалізації відповідної Концепції, що базується на історичних та соціально-економічних передумовах продовольчого забезпечення та включає наступні складові: мету; історичні та соціальні передумови; систему моніторингу та оцінки; оцінку відповідності рівня продовольчого забезпечення встановленим цільовим показникам; механізм реалізації Концепції; цільові напрями та основні завдання; очікувані результати. As a result of the reforms of decentralization and local self-government, territorial communities have received more resources and powers to dispose of them, in this sense, the issue of local development has become especially relevant for communities. The purpose of the article is to study the processes of local economic development of Olshanskе village council. In accordance with the set goal, the following tasks were set and solved: to investigate the meaning of the concept of “local economic development” and the factors influencing; at the theoretical level to investigate the actors of local economic development and their place in the management process; to analyze the socio-economic development of Olshanskе village council and identify the main problems of its local economic development; to explore the possibility of implementing forms of community cooperation in Olshanske village council. To achieve this goal, the article uses general and special research methods: method of theoretical generalization and comparison; hermeneutic; comparative and graphic; analysis and synthesis. The article forms one’s own vision of the concept of local economic development. It is established that decision-making procedures in local development management depend on the task performed. The local economic development of Olsha village council is characterized. In the course of the research, the authors determined that the LED of the village council is based on creative principles. The article substantiates that the use of community cooperation will be a promising tool for local development. It is established that for Olshanske settlement council the potential subject of cooperation is the Koblevsky village council of the Nikolaev area. The task of the cooperation will be to ensure the provision of services in the field of urban planning and architecture on the territory of Olsha village council in accordance with the requirements of current legislation and increase the efficiency of the use of local budgets | В результаті реформ децентралізації і місцевого самоврядування територіальні громади отримали більше ресурсів та повноважень розпоряджатися ними, у цьому сенсі питання місцевого розвитку стало для громад особливо актуальним. Мета статті полягає у вивченні процесів місцевого економічного розвитку Ольшанської сільської ради. Відповідно до поставленої мети, були сформульовані та вирішені такі завдання: дослідити значення поняття «місцевий економічний розвиток» і фактори впливу; на теоретичному рівні визначити суб’єкти місцевого економічного розвитку і їхнє місце в процесі управління; проаналізувати соціальноекономічний розвиток Ольшанської сільської ради і виявити основні проблеми її місцевого економічного розвитку; дослідити можливість впровадження форм співробітництва громад Ольшанської сільської ради. Для досягнення мети у статті застосовуються загальні і спеціальні методи: метод теоретичного узагальнення і порівняння; герменевтичний; порівняльно-графічний; аналізу і синтезу. У статті сформоване власне бачення концепції місцевого економічного розвитку. Встановлено, що процедура прийняття рішення в управлінні місцевим розвитком залежить від поставленої задачі. Охарактеризовано місцевий економічний розвиток Ольшанської сільської ради. В ході дослідження автори визначили, що місцевий економічний розвиток сільської ради базується на творчих засадах. У статті обґрунтовано, що використання кооперації громад буде перспективним інструментом місцевого розвитку. Встановлено, що для Ольшанської селищної ради потенційним суб’єктом співпраці є Коблевська сільська радою Миколаївської області. Завданням співпраці буде забезпечення надання послуг у сфері містобудування і архітектури на території Ольшанської селищної ради згідно вимог чинного законодавства і збільшення ефективності використання коштів місцевих бюджетів
